| Research purpose: This study attempts to understand the development status of the gross motor development level and body perception ability of children aged 5-6 years, and explore the effect of rope skipping training on the development level of gross motor development and the development of body perception ability of children aged 5-6 years old.Research methods: The literature data method is used to collect and collect relevant domestic and foreign literatures on the development of children’s gross motor development,to understand the development status of research in this field;use the experimental test method to understand the level of children’s gross motor development in the age group of 5-6 years old;In the form of a questionnaire survey, the development status of children’s body perception ability was investigated;finally, the influence of rope skipping exercise on the development of children’s gross motor and body perception ability was explored through a 12-week rope skipping exercise intervention experiment. Results:In the results of this study,it was found that the children(n=40)in the age group of 5-6 years old had a moderate development of gross motor level, and the overall level was relatively good(73.50±5.98).The mastery is better than the control action. In the mobility action, the side slide has the highest full score ratio(0.93),and in the control action, the in-situ dribble has the highest full score ratio(0.89).The child’s body perception ability was at the pass level(2.53±0.85),and about 50% of the children’s body perception ability did not reach the pass level. In terms of gender differences, the physical perception ability of boys is slightly better than that of girls. At this stage, the development of gross motor skills and physical perception of young children will improve with age. After the 12-week pattern skipping exercise intervention, the gross motor evaluation results of the tested children improved. After the intervention, the gross motor score of the experimental group increased from 73.85±3.59 before the experiment to 90.20±2.65 after the experiment. There is a significant difference before and after the experiment.(P<0.01);the average score of mobility action increased from 38.25±3.40 to 43.25±1.89 after intervention, and the control action increased from 35.60±3.03 to 46.95±2.11 after experiment. There were significant differences before and after the experiment(P< 0.01).Conclusions and suggestions:(1)12-week skipping training can effectively improve the mobility of 5-6-year-old children and other control movements except dribbling in place. In specific movements, running, forward sliding, and single-leg jumping were significantly improved, but rope skipping training did not significantly improve jumping, standing long jump, and side sliding.(2)12 weeks of rope skipping training can improve the physical perception of children aged 5-6.In particular, the intervention effect on girls’ body perception ability is better than that of boys.(3)With the development of age, children’s gross movement and body perception ability will gradually improve, and skipping training will obviously help children aged 5-6 years old to improve their gross movement and body perception ability.Research suggestion: The gross motor level of young children is currently in the developmental stage, and this process cannot be separated from the society’s attention to physical exercise.Pay attention to the gross motor development of young children, and cooperate with the school and family to achieve home-school co-education,so that sports can be continued after school. The perception ability of girls is lower than that of boys,so in the future, research on intervention methods to improve the physical perception ability of female children can be carried out.Rope skipping training can improve gross movements. It is recommended that educators in kindergartens and kindergartens gather local characteristics and can add rope skipping training. |
