| In 2007,the State Council decided to rely on the normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education to implement the public-funded normal student education policy,which became another strategic measure to promote teacher education reform and cultivate outstanding teachers and future educators.In order to actively respond to the national education policy,provincial governments have implemented publicly funded teacher education policies in normal or non-normal colleges in the province,aiming to further enrich the province’s teaching staff and promote the professional development of teachers.The key and prerequisite for maximizing the implementation of provincial public-funded teacher education is to scientifically select teacher graduates who are truly happy and good at teaching.Through scientific,reasonable and interlocking system design,open the second entrance for publicly funded normal students,and then screen out publicly funded normal students who are truly happy and suitable for education,effectively improve the quality of publicly funded teachers and students,and create a group of basic education training.Excellent teachers and educators are an important way to ensure the effectiveness of the provincial publicly funded teacher education policy.At present,S Normal University is the only provincial normal college in Shanxi Province,and it is also the first pilot unit in the province to implement the public-funded normal student education policy.Therefore,this study selects the public-sponsored normal students of S Normal University as a sample,conducts quantitative and qualitative research,investigates the current situation of the school’s public-sponsored normal student withdrawal mechanism,and more comprehensively presents the overall situation of the province’s public-sponsored student withdrawal mechanism.The survey shows that for individual students,the establishment of a publicly funded teacher student withdrawal mechanism is related to the quality of the entire group of teacher students and the future development of teacher education,and it is very necessary.However,in reality,S Normal University has not established a scientific and effective exit mechanism.The root cause lies in the serious absence of the upper-level law system,resulting in the lack of clear definitions of exit objects,exit standards,exit procedures,exit methods,and exit processing subjects..Based on the current survey results of the exit mechanism of publicly funded normal students of S Normal University,this research constructs a set of scientific and reasonable exit mechanism around the four links of publicly funded normal student enrollment-training-employment-employment.At the same time,in order to ensure its normal establishment and implementation,safeguard measures have been proposed from the three main levels of the government,universities and students,so as to seek the long-term development of the exit mechanism for publicly funded normal students. |
