Research On Quality Management System Of College Students’ Innovation And Entrepreneurship Training Program Based On Process

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students(for short"IETPCS")has been implemented widely in Chinese universities.IETPCS plays an important role in promoting the reform of practical teaching in colleges,cultivating students’ consciousness of innovation and improving students’ subjective consciousness.However,there also exist some problems in the implementation process such as quality control,process management issues,sustainable development issues,etc.and which have affected to some degree the implementation of IETPCS.Therefore,to construct the process of the quality monitoring system of IETPCS is necessary.The paper defines the core concepts about IETPCS,bringing about the theoretical framework in solving the related issues.Take an agricultural university as example,this study,through questionnaire survey,found that there are some problems in the implementation process of IETPCS,such as the relatively weak awareness of quality and process among students,overdependence on teachers,blind area in the acquisition and processing of information,insufficient publicity of quality control and supervision,imperfect mechanism of process management,difficulty in quantifying process quality evaluation,and imperfect quality information platform.In view of the above problems and based on the theories of quality management,PDCA and project management,this study forms and constructs the frame and system of quality control,putting forward four operation modes of quality monitoring system,namely national monitoring mode,university monitoring mode,college monitoring mode and selfmonitoring mode,and deduces the subsystem and operation mechanism of these four quality monitoring modes.It points out that the quality monitoring system should include six steps:setting goals,specifying evaluation standard,management activity,implementation,evaluation and handling of the evaluation results.The quality control system should include three levels,that is university level,college level and specialty level.At the same time,through the theoretical frame of quality control combined with the implementation of IETPCS in an agricultural university,the paper works out successfully the unfulfillment of quality control by taking advantage of information disclosure and project management.According to research result,the study brings about the strategy of strengthening process management awareness,optimizing the evaluation mechanism and deepening self-monitoring mode.
