Innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is one of China's main models to implement innovative entrepreneurship education and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The implementation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program projects is a hot spot in the research and practice in universities,Since its implementation in 2012,it has gone through 9 years.Practice has shown that under the new situation of rapid economic development,launching a college student innovation and entrepreneurship training program project is of great significance to change the concept of education,cultivate inter-disciplinary talents and accelerate national innovation and development.However,in the implementation process of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,there are still problems such as uneven distribution of project types,increasing number of failed projects in the mid-term,and uneven project results.Therefore,it is an urgent task for university to improve the quality of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship programs.This task is influenced by many factors.It is essential to analyze critical factors during the process of improvement.The research adopted comprehensive quality management theory and triple helix theory and conducted literature analysis,questionnaire survey and focus group discussions.By combing and summarizing previous literature,the Influential factors of making improvements determined.It also surveyed 369 undergraduates who participated in the project from 2016 to2019 in H University,to obtain valid data,and conduct empirical analysis in SPSS 19.0.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant gender differences and disciplinary differences in the quality of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.Among them,the quality of projects by male students is higher than that of female students,and the quality of medical and science programs is higher than humanities and sociology;(2)There is no significant year-on-year difference in the quality of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training programs;(3)There are significant positive correlations between project quality and the five factors:self-basic skills,student attitude,curriculum setting,teacher guidance,and scientific research conditions and project quality;(4)The basic skills,student attitudes,curriculum settings,and scientific research conditions have a significant positive impact on project quality,and teacher guidance has no significant positive impact on project quality;(5)The degree of impact of the four factors on the quality of the project isranked from major to minor:curriculum setting,student attitude,research conditions,and basic skills.According to the research results and combined with the theory of total quality management,the following countermeasures are proposed:strengthening the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improving the construction of the curriculum system;Continuous dynamic management to correct student attitudes;comprehensive support to improve the scientific research environment;enhancing the effects of propaganda and improve the quality of students.
