The Research On The Sustainable Development Of College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship Training Program

It has been 4 years since the implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program from 2011. Proved by practice, it plays an important role in changing educational concepts, cultivating students'subjective consciousness and innovative consciousness. But there are some problems in the implementation process, such as:the sustainable development of project, process management issues, etc. The aim of this paper is to solve the problem of the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship training program, and to achieve the sustainable development of the project and to maximize the value of the project.This paper follows the thought of "Analysis of the current situation-Demonstration of the necessary and feasibility-Analysis of the influence factors-Construction of the protection mechanism". The research masters the current status of the "training program" project's distribution by using literature collection method. Based on the analysis of first-hand data, we can master the present situation of sustainable development of the "training program" project. It is the conclusion that the current situation of sustainable development of the "training program" is not satisfactory.According to the analysis of the statistical description of the first-hand data, we come to the conclusion:The "training program" project's sustainable development has the necessity and feasibility. The main conclusions are as follows:Innovative training program helps students to learn about the basic knowledge and methods of the scientific study, and it can help students to exercise their comprehensive abilities, including project management ability, communication ability, team cooperation ability and problem solving ability. Entrepreneurship training programs can help students to understand the business basic knowledge and experience the entrepreneurial process, and it can help students to understand the relevant business laws and national entrepreneurship policy. Entrepreneurship training programs can exercise their entrepreneurial ability, and so on.SPSS 17.0 is used as a tool to analysis the collected data and to measure the influence factors of the sustainable development of the "training program"project. After the analysis,we concluded:The gender of project members has a significant impact on the cognition of the sustainable development of innovative training programs, and women are significantly higher than men in the sustainable development of innovative training programs. The project level with a significant impact on sustainable development of entrepreneurship training project, and the provincial level is better than the national level, the national level is superior to school level.And we also find the tutor, system, school site support, the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in campus are the influence factors of "training program" project's sustainable development.Based on the above analysis, this study hopes to establish a sustainable development mechanism of "training program". The construction of mechanism are as follows:Concept is the first step to any reform. Firstly, we must establish the sustainable development's concept of training program, whether it is to students or teachers, they all need to have the right idea as their guideline. Secondly, to establish the construction of the protection mechanism of "training program" sustainable development, including management system, incentive system, evaluation system. Thirdly, to build the service platform of "training program" sustainable development, building innovation service platform in campus, and then connecting the maker space outside school. Finally, to create an innovation and entrepreneurial atmosphere of "training program" sustainable development, to promote the construction of the culture atmosphere of failure tolerance and innovation and entrepreneurship actively.
