Senior high school entrance examination has the,dual functions of academic terminal evaluation and senior high school selection.It is an important basis for evaluating junior high school students’ learning outcomes and selecting students.The education reform takes the cultivation of ability as the ultimate goal of education meanwhile the high school entrance examination puts students’ ability in the first place.Driven by the comprehensive deepening of basic education reform,the analysis of secondary examination questions not only guides educators to clarify the ability penetration of the focus under the background of the new curriculum standards,but also provides feedback to teaching.In teaching practice,it can play the role of"baton" to help teachers change teaching methods and optimize teaching strategies,simultaneously improve the chemistry key capability of junior high school students in the teaching process effectively.This thesis uses the literature research to draw on the research ideas of key capabilities at home and abroad.At the same time,the experience of other subjects helps to systematically define and discuss the chemistry key capabilities of junior high school,including summary and analysis ability,understanding and migration ability,speculation and demonstration ability and experiment and inquiry ability.This thesis selects the chemical tests of Suzhou from 2018 to 2022,adopts statistical analysis method and comparative research method,analyzes the distribution of subject knowledge,the types and proportion of Chemical key abilities from multiple perspectives,obtains the examination trend of chemistry key ability in Suzhou high School Entrance examination,and puts forward cultivation strategies for chemistry key ability in teaching.The results show that from 2018 to 2022,in the chemistry tests of Suzhou High School Entrance Examination,"scientific inquiry and chemical experiment","chemical changes of substances","properties and applications of substances" and "composition and structure of substances" occupy relatively stable scores each year,and the total can reach 92%.The annual high school examination questions test occupies the highest proportion of comprehension and transfer ability,accounting for 53%,followed by the examination of induction and analysis ability,accounting for 19%.There is little difference between the proportion of the test of speculation and demonstration ability and the test of experiment and inquiry ability,accounting for 15%and 13%respectively.In the examination questions permeated with the key ability of chemistry,the chapter examined every year has a little change,the score is different,try to achieve a comprehensive examination,multi-chapter coverage.Based on the above analysis,the thesis puts forward the strategies to promote the key ability of junior high school students in chemistry.(1)From the perspective of teachers:teachers constantly improve self-analysis,optimize teaching methods,and promote the cultivation of students’ key ability with multiple strategies;(2)From the perspective of students:improve self-discipline,cultivate good chemistry learning habits and adjust negative psychology to enhance the sense of achievement in learning;(3)Social perspective:improve the educational environment.
