Fundamental motor skills are not only the basis for students to master specialized sports skills,but also have an important impact on the development of students’physical and mental health.The enjoyment of physical education class is an important factor to promote the participation of students in sports activities and the healthy development of their physical fitness.However,many studies show that the level of children’s fundamental motor skills development is generally low at home and abroad;It is a common phenomenon that students like sports but don’t like physical education in China.The sports enjoyment experience of children and adolescents decreases with the growth of age.At present,there is a lack of intervention research on the fundamental motor skills and the enjoyment of physical education,and the Happy Physical Education teaching model is one that attaches importance to the development of students’ sports skills,it also pays attention to the students’ enjoyment experience.Therefore,this study explores the effects of the happy physical education teaching model which integrates achievement goal theory and constraint model theory on the fundamental motor skills and the enjoyment of physical education class of children aged 6-7,this has a certain practical significance for enriching the intervention program of children’s fundamental motor skills and PE enjoyment,as well as promoting the comprehensive development of children’s physical and mental health.In this study,a total of 83 first-grade students from a primary school in Suqian were selected as the subjects,this paper discusses the influence of the happy physical education teaching model which lasts for 8 weeks and accumulates 24 lessons on the development of children’s fundamental motor skills and the enjoyment experience in physical education class,and compares it with the traditional physical education teaching model.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The traditional PE teaching model and the happy PE teaching model can effectively improve the 6-7-year-old children’s displacement,object control and general fundamental motor skills,the effect of happy physical education teaching model to promote the development of children’s fundamental motor skills is better.(2)the effect of happy sports teaching model on improving the mastery rate of fundamental motor skills of children,such as double-foot jump,side slide step,running jump step,kicking ball,dribbling ball and catching ball,is significant;Traditional physical education can only effectively improve children’s skidding,dribbling and kicking skills such as the mastery rate of 3.Although the two teaching models can improve the mastery rate of children’s fundamental motor skills,the mastery of fundamental motor skills of the two groups after intervention is still not optimistic.(3)the happy P.E.Teaching model can effectively improve the students’ P.E.Enjoyment Experience,and the intervention effect is significantly better than the traditional P.E.Teaching model(4)after intervention,there was a weak positive correlation between the enjoyment score and the object control skill score in the Happy Physical Education Model Group,there was no significant correlation between the enjoyment score and the total score of displacement skill and fundamental motor skill.According to the conclusions of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)physical education educators should provide students with various and progressive difficulty sequences of action tasks by regulating the constraints of environment and tasks.thus effectively stimulate students’ learning motivation and promote students’ all-round development of various fundamental motor skills.(2)the future research on the teaching intervention of fundamental motor skills should be based on the development characteristics of children’s body,mind and movement,and aim at the fundamental motor skills and their movement standards that children have a poor grasp of,to optimize the intervention effect of children’s fundamental motor skills.(3)physical education educators should recognize students’ efforts and progress,encourage students’ cooperation,healthy competition and bold creation by providing students with certain learning autonomy,so as to help students get more enjoyment experience and stimulate learning motivation.(4)in the practice of physical education,we should attach importance not only to the development of students’ fundamental motor skills and physical fitness,but also to their emotional and cognitive experience,so as to promote the positive interaction between students’ fundamental motor skills and their enjoyment experience.
