Under the trend of science and technology, intelligence, and informatization in urban development and construction, the intelligent development of community construction has become the focus of increasing attention. As the front line of social sports development, how to intelligently reform and upgrade the community sports service supply system has become the top priority of current social sports development. This study is mainly based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process, using four research methods: literature review, interviews, case analysis, and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly, based on the investigation and research on the innovative construction of the scientific fitness guidance center A,a national key demonstration project, and three other typical community scientific fitness guidance centers,Summarized the current situation of sports service supply in smart communities and the problems existing in the supply of various sports service content. Then,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the structure and functions of the smart community sports service system,a smart community sports service indicator system based on the AHP model was initially constructed, and the content of the indicator system was adjusted and improved through expert interviews and Delphi method.Secondly, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and analyze the weight of the indicator system, the relative weight of each service indicator content is obtained. Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the intelligent community sports service index system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to test and evaluate the service quality of a guidance center. The following are conclusions and recommendations based on the above research:Conclusion:(1)Summarize the current situation of sports service supply in smart communities in China through surveys and studies conducted by several guidance centers.(2)The paper specifically analyzes the problems existing in the supply of various sports service categories in smart communities.(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process theory,a smart community sports service indicator system has been successfully constructed, including three levels of indicators, including three platforms, eight systems, nine service categories, and thirty service indicators.(4)A hierarchical structure model was established with the construction of a smart community sports service system as the target layer, and the relative weights of all indicator contents were calculated.(5)Relying on the intelligent community sports service indicator system and the relative weight of the indicator content obtained from the study,Sports Promotion and Health Center D was tested and evaluated, thereby verifying the feasibility of the indicator system.(6)During the process of researching the construction of smart community sports service system,it was found that there are still some problems in the development of smart community sports service, including imperfect management models, scarce talent resources, lack of long-term operation mechanisms, and great difficulty in promotion and popularization.Suggestions:(1)Only by analyzing the content setting of the service system based on the characteristics and advantages of the structure and functions of the smart community sports service system can we build a sufficiently scientific, reasonable, and feasible smart community sports service system.(2)During the research or application process, the intelligent community sports service indicator system needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation in order to make the content of the intelligent community sports service indicator system more close to the needs of actual work.(3)In order to promote the transformation and popularization of sports services in smart communities, the principle of public welfare should always be upheld in the actual work process.(4)Regarding the problems faced in the current process of intelligent popularization and development of community sports services,it is mainly necessary to strengthen systematic research in terms of management models and long-term operational mechanisms. |
