Research On The Characteristics Of Technical Warfare In The Peak Of Competitive Ability Of Zhao Shuai,an Excellent Taekwondo Athlete In China

Chinese taekwondo athlete Zhao Shuai not only achieved a breakthrough of zero gold medals in the Olympic Games and World Championships.And successfully defended its title at the 2019 World Championships,greatly boosting the morale of Chinese men’s taekwondo.Women’s taekwondo performance has always been good,demonstrating the status of Chinese taekwondo in the world.At the Tokyo Olympics,six athletes received Olympic tickets,but their performance was not ideal.This indicates that there is a gap between Chinese taekwondo and world taekwondo,and there is also room for improvement in skills and tactics.This study explores the technical and tactical characteristics of outstanding Taekwondo athlete Zhao Shuai,which can provide reference for the theory of Chinese men’s Taekwondo techniques and tactics,and further improve the athlete’s technical and tactical level.This paper uses the methods of literature review,video observation,interview,personal interview,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,and selects Zhao Shuai as the research object in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,the 13 th National Games in 2017,the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020,and the 14 th National Games in2021.Analyze and summarize the technical and tactical characteristics and changes of Zhao Shuai during the peak period of competitive ability,and then specifically analyze whether Zhao Shuai’s changes from the kilogram level are significant in the Olympic and National Games.Finally,by comparing the technical and tactical use of Zhao Shuai’s opponents in the Olympic and National Games finals,analyze the differences in the technical and tactical use of domestic and foreign athletes,and provide reference for China’s men’s taekwondo training and preparation.Continuously improving the competitive level of Chinese men’s taekwondo and being able to compete for gold medals in taekwondo competitions.Through research,the following conclusions have been drawn:1.During the peak period of Zhao Shuai’s competitive ability,his techniques were mainly single techniques,supplemented by combination techniques,and his boxing techniques were rarely used.The hitting position is mainly based on the mid position technique,supplemented by the high position technique;The specific four aspects are as follows:(1)The overall application of boxing techniques is relatively small,but there is a significant improvement in boxing techniques with the improvement of rules and experience;(2)The use of a single technique is comprehensive,mainly horizontal and side kick techniques.From a single technical perspective,the horizontal kick technique is showing an upward trend,while the side kick technique is showing a downward trend.There is little change in the down split,double fly kick,rotation technique,and other techniques;(3)From the perspective of combination techniques,it is mainly a combination of footwork and leg movements.The use of combination technology in the Olympic Games is higher than that in the National Games,but the success rate and scoring rate are on the rise;(4)According to the hitting position,the utilization rate of the mid frontal torso technique is relatively stable,and the success rate and scoring rate increase linearly.The utilization and success rate of the high head hitting technique in the Olympic Games are lower than those in the National Games,and the scoring rate shows a decreasing trend.The rotation technique mainly revolves the torso,while the rotation head technique is rarely used,with zero score and success rates.2.Zhao Shuai’s main technical application in the National Games and Olympic Games is horizontal kick and side kick techniques,with the score mainly based on horizontal kick,except for the Tokyo Olympics where side kick techniques are used;In terms of specific changes in the Olympic and National Games,(1)the most significant decrease in the Olympic scoring rate is in the front horizontal kick and back kick techniques.The double flying kick technique has the highest success rate.Compared to the Rio Olympics,the scoring rates of the Tokyo Olympics in horizontal kicking,down splitting,and double flying kicking techniques have shown a downward trend;(2)At the National Games,Zhao Shuai’s technical application and scoring were horizontal kick and side kick.The utilization rate of horizontal kick technology is decreasing,while the downward split trend is stable.Double flying kick is the technique with the greatest change in success rate.Compared with the 14 th National Games,the scoring rate of the 13 th National Games in front horizontal kick,side kick,and double flying kick techniques has shown a downward trend.3.During the peak period of Zhao Shuai’s competitive ability,his main tactics were active attack and counterattack;Specifically,the utilization rate of defensive counterattacks,corner tactics,and fake action tactics is basically stable;The tactical application sequence is active attack,engagement strategy,defensive counterattack,corner strategy,and feint strategy,except for the Tokyo Olympics where engagement strategy is greater than active attack.4.Zhao Shuai’s opponents in the finals of the National Games and Olympic Games mainly use techniques such as front horizontal kick,back horizontal kick,and side kick,while the use of double flying kick,whirlwind kick,and boxing techniques by foreign players is significantly higher than that of domestic players.Both domestic and foreign athletes rely mainly on mid range techniques,supplemented by high level techniques.The number and success rate of mid to high level technical successes among domestic players are lower than those of foreign players.Low technical success rate and difficulty in scoring for domestic players;The main tactics used by domestic and foreign players are active attack and counterattack tactics.Domestic players mainly rely on attacking tactics,supplemented by active attacks,while foreign players mainly rely on active attacks,supplemented by attacking tactics.
