In language classroom teaching,"main questions" have the important role of "moving the whole body with one hair",which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching.In order to make full use of the teaching time and improve classroom efficiency,we need fewer but more precise "main questions" to help teachers clarify their teaching ideas and promote students’ deeper understanding of the text.This study focuses on the design of "main questions" for the teaching of the secondary section of primary school language,and uses literature research,text analysis,and survey methods to investigate and analyze the current status of the design of "main questions" for the teaching of the secondary section of primary school language and the problems and reasons for the design of "main questions" for the teaching of the secondary section of primary school language.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the reason of the study,further determines the purpose and significance of the study,compares the relevant literature through literature method,analyzes the value and shortcomings of the existing studies,finds the entry point of the study,and clarifies the ideas and methods of the study.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of the study,which provides an overview and interpretation of "skimming teaching" and "main question" design,and lays the theoretical foundation for the study with the methodological guidance of Ye Shengtao and Zhu Ziqing on skimming and the theory of nearest development zone.Chapter 3 is a textual analysis of skimmed texts in the secondary section of the primary language.Through the textual analysis method,we analyze the number of skimmed texts,their genres,authors,and layout characteristics to lay the foundation for the subsequent study.Chapter 4 investigates the current situation of the design of "main questions" in the secondary section of primary language teaching through the survey method.Through the analysis of the survey results,we found that there are problems such as lack of design awareness,single design method,inappropriate design scale and unbalanced design relationship in the design of "main questions",and analyzed the reasons for these problems.According to the reading teaching objectives and the requirements related to the design of "main questions" in the "Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)",Chapter 5 puts forward the design strategies of "main questions" for the teaching of skimming texts in the secondary section of primary school language based on four aspects: the design of "main questions" should be "justified","multiple methods","grasp the degree",and "deal with the relationship".According to the proposed strategies,Chapter 6 takes two middle grade skimming texts as examples,sets the teaching objectives based on the analysis of the textbook and the analysis of the learning situation,designs the teaching process around the strategy of "main problem" design,and analyzes and reflects on the teaching process.
