Purpose of study:Physically, explosive power combines the elements of strength and speed.Lower limb explosive power has consistently been cited as a crucial component of junior high school physical education and plays a significant role in the development of physical fitness and physical training for pupils.Athletes who have strong lower limb explosive power perform faster and jump higher. The Ministry of Education has recently prioritized student physical fitness and school sports, and the nation has implemented numerous reforms in this area.Standing long jump and in situ long jump touch height have been added as new items in the 2020 revision of Beijing’s secondary physical education test, reflecting a gradual increase in the value placed on lower limb explosive power. In an experimental study, rapid stretching compound training is used in the physical education classroom to investigate this topic. The goal is to improve junior high school students’ lower limb explosive power, improve their physical fitness, and ultimately improve their performance on the physical education secondary examination items, and to comprehend The paper also aims to understand the differences in how the method is used in various contexts,to gain fresh perspectives on the method’s theoretical underpinnings,to enhance the method’s training system’s content, and ultimately to provide a theoretical foundation for how to rationally incorporate rapid stretch complex training into the instruction of junior high school students today.Research strategies:The training effects of rapid stretching compound training on the lower limb explosive strength of junior high school students were investigated using the literature, expert interview, questionnaire, survey, data statistics, and experimental methods. As test subjects,45 junior high school females were chosen at random and split into three groups:Single-leg leap fast stretching compound training comprised experimental group A,while double-leg jump rapid stretching compound training included experimental group B.Three groups were created from the experimental group: The control group was the no-training group, while Experimental group A was the single-legged jumping fast stretching compound training group, and Experimental group B was the double-legged jumping rapid stretching compound training group. When the data were examined for normal distribution both before and after the experiment, the results revealed that all of the data were distributed normally. The 50 m standing long jump,in-situ vertical leap contact height, standing triple jump, and 20 m timed single-leg jump were chosen as experimental measures of lower limb explosive strength based on literature, expert interviews, and questionnaires.Research results:(1)Before the experiment, there was no statistically noteworthy diversity in the basic condition of the three groups of subjects and the lower limb explosive force test index(P>0.05).(2)Before and after the tentative, the five test indexes of experimental group A and B were noteworthily diversity from those before the experiment(P<0.01);In the compare group, the 50-meter P value was 0.076,the standing triple jump P value was 0.068,and the20-meter single-leg timed jump P value was 0.055,which were not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).The standing long jump touch height P value was 0.019,and the standing long jump P value was 0.031,which were significantly different from those before the experiment(0.01<P<0.05).(3)Following the experiment,a statistical comparison was made between the control group, experimental group B,and the five test indices from each group.P-values for the50-meter run,the 20-meter unipedal timed jump, the in-situ vertical jump touch height, the standing long jump, and the standing triple jump were all significantly different from the pre-experimental period(0.01-P0.05),and the P-value for the 50-meter run was 0.008,the20-meter unipedal timed jump was 0.008,and the standing long jump was 0.035.Study conclusions:(1)It has been determined through the experimental test that the teaching effect of rapid stretch compound training is better and that it is practical to use this exercise in the classroom based on experimental data and the rapid stretch compound training principle.Rapid stretch compound training can help junior high school students’ lower limb explosive strength improve.(2)The five test indexes of Experiment A,B,and the control group all improved after8 weeks of testing, but Experiment A and B showed greater improvements in lower limb explosive strength than the control group.(3)From the comparison of the data and the difference and growth rate of experimental groups A and B,the improvement effect of experimental group A on the 50 m,standing triple jump and 20 m single-leg time jump was better than that of experimental group B.The improvement effect of experimental group B on the in-situ vertical jump touch height and standing long jump was better than that of experimental group A.
