The quality of strength is the basis for engaging in sports and is the guarantee for achieving excellent athletic performance.Strength is divided into three categories: maximum strength,rapid strength,and strength endurance.Among them,rapid strength refers to the ability to rapidly exert strength,and is an organic combination of speed and strength,also called explosive power.The rapid retractive compound training is a kind of super-equal contraction training.It is a muscle that is stretched and then quickly concentrically contracted,so that the muscle reaches its maximum strength in the shortest possible time.The purpose of this study is to:(1)It can increase muscle excitability and elastic potential energy by increasing the initial length before muscle contraction,and increase muscle contraction strength.(2)Long-term rapid expansion and contraction training can improve the ability of the muscles to undergo a large exercise load during the eccentric contraction phase,and increase the stability of the medial collateral ligament and the anterior cruciate ligament,so that the training load intensity is closer to the load intensity during competition,thus effectively preventing Muscle and joint damage.In the end,the athletes' sports performance will be improved.At present,a considerable number of sports and college entrance examination programs in provinces and cities in China are still 100 m,standing three-level long jump,in-situ lateral shot put and 800 meters in four projects.Lower limb strength,especially explosive power,has an important impact on these four sports skills and athletic performance.High school athletes are in a critical period of growth in athletic quality and improvement of sports skills.Strengthening their explosiveness in the lower extremities will contribute to the improvement and mastery of students' athletic quality and sports skills,and it will be of great significance to the development of sports.It is of great significance to seek and explore effective methods for developing explosive power of lower limbs.This research mainly uses literature research methods,expert interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,and other research methods.It uses 30 male athletes from Fengneng Experimental Middle School and senior high school class as the experimental subjects.It uses the rapid stretching compound training method in college sports training.The actual effect of the experiment was studied.After more than 2 months of training experiments,the results of this study were obtained through comparative analysis of the data obtained.The conclusions drawn from this study after 9 weeks of training experiments are:(1)Statistical analysis of 100 m project results showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05).This shows that high school athletes have achieved good results in the development of explosive power in the lower extremities using high-speed compound training.(2)Statistical analysis of the results of standing triple jumps shows that there is a significant difference(P<0.05).This shows that high school athletes have achieved excellent results in improving the triple jump of the standing triplets using high-speed compound training methods.Effect.(3)Comparing the experimental data obtained from the experimental group with the experimental data obtained from the control group on the lateral shot-putting project in situ,the results show that there is a significant difference(P<0.05),which can explain that the high school athlete The use of rapid telescoping compound training method to improve the lateral shot put in place has achieved good results.(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups of subjects in the 800 m project after the experiment,indicating that the rapid expansion and compound training method had little effect on endurance quality.(5)The three movements of 100 m,standing triple jump and in situ lateral push shot are all speed-powered projects mainly based on oxygen-free energy supply.They generate powerful explosive power through rapid and powerful contraction,and they are fast.The telescopic compound training is to strengthen the explosive power of the lower extremities of athletes and enable athletes to complete the movements in the shortest possible time.Therefore,the use of rapid telescopic compound training is more effective for explosive sports(100m,standing triple jump,and lateral shot in place)..Of these three projects,100 m and standing triple jump are the best,followed by lateral shot put.
