Research Objective: The training effect of rapid telescopic compound training and bilateral training has been confirmed by foreign scholars,but the research on the effect of different training modes of the same training method on the lower limb explosive strength training of college badminton students has not been in-depth.There are few comparative studies on unilateral and bilateral rapid telescopic compound training,especially in the badminton events against the net.For the badminton sport which is dominated by the action mode of unilateral body strength,the use of unilateral strength training is more in line with the characteristics of special badminton sports.Therefore,this study compares unilateral rapid stretching compound training with bilateral rapid stretching compound training to explore the effect of unilateral rapid stretching compound training on the improvement of lower limb explosive power of college badminton students specializing in badminton,and compares the difference of influence of two training methods on lower limb explosive power of badminton students specializing in badminton,so as to further understand the influence on it and the asymmetry of lower limb strength.It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for broadening the training means of lower extremity explosive power of college badminton students.Research methods: This research uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.Twenty badminton students of Physical education major of Shandong University of Physical Education were recruited as subjects.All subjects were divided into control group(N=10)and experimental group(N=10)by computer random grouping program.The control group used bilateral rapid stretching compound training,and the experimental group used unilateral rapid stretching compound training.Before the experiment,all lower limb explosive force indicators were tested to ensure the homogeneity and comparability of samples.After ten weeks of controlled experiment intervention training,all subjects were tested again for lower limb explosive force indicators.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Research results:(1)Comparison between groups: After 10 weeks of intervention experiment,the control group and the experimental group had no significant difference in BCMJ index(P > 0.05),and other test indexes showed significant difference(P < 0.05).After independent sample T test,SLCMJ-L and SLCMJ-R test indexes showed significant differences between the control group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).(2)Intra-group comparison: Before and after the experiment,the scores of various experimental indexes of the control group and the experimental group were improved to a certain extent,but there were no significant differences in the scores of the control group in the 30 meter acceleration run,10 times of low center of gravity corner run,8times of left and right side run,SLCMJ-L and lower limb asymmetry index(ALS)test(P > 0.05).All the test indexes in the unilateral group were significant(P < 0.05).In addition,the unilateral group showed extremely significant differences in the 30 meter acceleration,SLCMJ-L,SLCMJ-R and BCMJ test scores(P < 0.01).(3)Compared with bilateral rapid stretching compound training,unilateral rapid stretching compound training had significant training effects on 30 meter acceleration,10 low gravity center corner runs,8 left and right side runs,SLCMJ-L,SLCMJ-R and lower extremity explosive power index(ELPF)test indexes,and lower extremity asymmetry index(ALS)was significantly improved.The training effect of BCMJ and standing long jump test index is similar.Research conclusion:(1)Unilateral longitudinal jump,jump small hurdle,jump deep and other training movements are more effective in developing lower limb explosive power of college badminton students.(2)The vertical direction,horizontal direction,forward direction and all-round training Settings during training are effective in improving the lower extremity explosive power of college badminton students.(3)In terms of the improvement of lower limb explosive power and the improvement of strength asymmetry on both sides of lower limb,the training effect of unilateral rapid stretching compound training on the development of college badminton students is better than bilateral rapid stretching compound training. |
