| Taekwondo athletes in the competition and training,fast start,hit,brake and other actions need the support of lower limb explosive force.In this paper,the rapid expansion composite training is applied to the classroom teaching and training of taekwondo in colleges and universities.The rapid expansion composite training method and the conventional classroom training are used for experimental research.The effects of the two training methods on the explosive power of the lower limbs of the male students of taekwondo in colleges and universities are compared and analyzed.Seek more effective and scientific methods of lower limb explosive force,so as to improve the special level of male students of taekwondo and achieve better training results.This study is mainly based on the experimental method,supplemented by the literature data method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method.The experimental subjects were 20 male members of the 2019 taekwondo special team of Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education.They were divided into two groups.One group was called the experimental group for rapid expansion compound training,and the other group was called the control group for routine classroom training.The experimental subjects were treated three times a week for 12 weeks of experimental intervention.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were tested for standing long jump and single foot long jump.CMJ and SJ tests were performed using a three-dimensional force platform to obtain the flight time and flight height.The maximum hitting strength test was performed using the fight response tester.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the measured data,and the difference test results were used to evaluate the explosive force of the lower limbs of the experimental subjects.Results :(1)After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of standing long jump test(P<0.01),single foot long jump test(P<0.01),horizontal kick maximum strike strength test(P<0.01),side kick maximum strike strength test(P<0.01),CMJ flight time test(P<0.01),CMJ flight height test(P<0.01),SJ flight time test(P<0.01)and SJ flight height test(P<0.01)in the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment.(2)After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of standing long jump,standing long jump test(P<0.01),single foot long jump test(P<0.01),horizontal kick maximum strike strength test(P<0.01)and side kick maximum strike strength test(P<0.01)in the control group changed significantly compared with those before the experiment,while CMJ flight time test(P>0.05),CMJ flight height test(P> 0.05),SJ flight time test(P>0.05)and SJ flight height test(P>0.05)did not change significantly.(3)Compared with the control group,after 12 weeks of intervention,the experimental group in situ standing long jump test(P<0.05),single foot long jump test(P<0.05),cross kick maximum hitting strength test(P<0.05),left leg side kick maximum hitting strength test(P<0.05),CMJ flight time test(P<0.05),CMJ flight height test(P<0.05),SJ flight time test(P<0.05).Research conclusions :(1)Rapid expansion compound training can significantly improve the performance of taekwondo boys in lower limb explosive force test,such as standing long jump,single foot long jump,horizontal kick maximum hitting strength and squat jump.(2)The12-week rapid expansion compound training can significantly enhance the explosive force of the lower limbs of taekwondo boys.The rapid expansion compound training can be used as an effective means to improve the explosive force of the lower limbs of taekwondo boys. |
