A Comparative Study On Media Coverage Of Beijing Summer Olympic Games And Winter Olympic Games Based On Official Chinese Journal

As the largest sports event in the world,the Olympic Games has always been the focus of attention from all over the world.With the smooth holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics,Beijing has become the only "double Olympic" city.As the only official designated publication of the 29 th Summer Olympic Games in 2008 and the 24 th Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the "Official Chinese journal" must ensure that its reporting content is objective,fair,comprehensive,true,accurate and authoritative,and at the same time shoulder the responsibility of transmitting information,guiding public opinion and collecting.In this context,this paper studies the framework of its two Olympic Games reporting,sorts out the reasons for the formation of the framework,and puts forward suggestions on its future reporting mode.This study takes the news reports of the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games as the research object,using the literature method,content analysis method,mathematical analysis method and comparative analysis method,and the framework theory as the theoretical support for the research.This paper makes a comparative analysis from the macro,meso and micro levels,The study is concluded that: On the macro framework,In 2008,focus on the competition situation and historical and cultural reports,Value on the voices of other domestic and foreign media,The 2022 report is more comprehensive,Keep pace with the times,Value the originality of reporting;2.On the structural frame,Both reports focused on the event situation,In 2008,we valued the news of the game,The layout form is relatively rich and diverse,In 2022,different frames,The layout is neat and neat,Convergence with the new media channels;3.In the framework of the discourse,The two reports adopted a more obvious medal framework,The title is rich in rhetoric,2022.The reporting trend of "Official Chinese Journal" is diversified and comprehensive in content,the concept of content.This study puts forward the following suggestions for the future Olympic reports of "Official Chinese journal" : in form,innovate the layout form,strengthen the linkage with new media;in content,strengthen the international perspective,convey the Olympic spirit;in discourse,enrich the discourse expression,boldly pursue innovation;and strategically,establish the overall consciousness and create its own characteristics.
