| "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Ideological and Political Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era" points out that ideological and political elements should be integrated into the teaching of all disciplines,and interdisciplinary comprehensive education should be deeply implemented to ensure the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents.It is an important task for primary and secondary school physical education in the new era to carry out ideological and political education in the whole process of physical education classroom teaching,promote the learning of physical education knowledge and skills and physical education morality to advance together and complement each other.Therefore,this paper analyzes and investigates the current situation of ideological and political implementation in primary and secondary school physical education curriculum from three aspects,namely,the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political implementation in primary and secondary school physical education curriculum,the overall cognition of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and the implementation of ideological and political teaching in primary and secondary school physical education curriculum,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and case analysis.In order to give full play to the education value of "cultivating morality and educating people",this paper sorts out the problems of ideological and political implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward scientific countermeasures for the problems existing in the process of ideological and political implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools.Combined with the current situation of ideological and political implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools,this study finds that there are the following problems in the implementation of ideological and political implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools:(1)The organization system of ideological and political implementation of physical education in primary and secondary schools is not perfect,most leaders do not pay attention to it,and the leadership and supervision system is weak.(2)The incentive mechanism of ideological and political implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools is imperfect.(3)Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools do not have a comprehensive cognition of ideological and political thinking in physical education curriculum,and their cognition of its intrinsic value is insufficient.In particular,teachers with 11-15 years of teaching experience have a low cognition and attitude towards ideological and political thinking in physical education curriculum.(4)Some teachers consciously design ideological and political objectives in the physical education curriculum,but the physical education curriculum ideological and political objectives lack of systematic and hierarchical.(5)It is easier for primary and secondary school physical education teachers to integrate ideological and political elements into ball and track events than other events,but most teachers’ curriculum content and ideological and political elements are simplified and superficial.(6)Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools tend to use teaching method and questioning method when integrating ideological and political education among different lesson types,rarely use cooperative inquiry method and discovery method,and lack of innovation in teaching methods.(7)Some physical education teachers agree with the ideological and political learning evaluation of physical education curriculum,but teachers’ evaluation of students’ learning effect focuses on the subjective evaluation of the outcome evaluation,and the evaluation method is single.The evaluation of teachers mainly lies in teaching,but less in the effect of education.In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)Perfect the organizational system and integrate the resultant force of the ideological and political implementation of physical education;(2)Improve the incentive mechanism,improve teachers’ teaching creation ability;(3)To improve teachers’ cognition,so that ideological and political education into the mind and heart in practice;(4)Refine the ideological and political goals,and construct the physical education of moral cultivation;(5)Dig deep ideological and political content to open up space for sports ideological and political education;(6)Innovate the teaching methods of values and carry out the teaching forms of both explicit and implicit;(7)Improve the teaching evaluation system to promote the comprehensive and scientific development of students.In order to promote
