Research On China-Kazakhstan Sports Exchange And Cooperation Under The Belt And Road Initiative

China and Kazakhstan established diplomatic relations in 1992.Since then,the two countries have continued to cooperate in political,economic and trade fields.Kazakhstan is a neighboring country of China.The two countries have a border line of more than 3000 kilometers.The proximity of its geographical location is conducive to the development of cooperation between the two countries.In the construction of the "the Belt and Road",Kazakhstan is an important link in the regional cooperation between China and Central Asia and Europe.For China’s own development,the key goal of the "the Belt and Road Initiative" is to form a comprehensive opening up structure.In this structure,China’s economic development level will tend to be stable,economic restructuring will be carried out,and the development of western China will be promoted.In recent years,China and Kazakhstan have strengthened cultural exchanges between the two countries by holding activities such as the "Year of Culture" and "Year of Tourism" and providing scholarships for Kazakh students.The cultural exchanges between Kazakhstan and China are of certain importance for promoting cultural exchanges between China and other countries along the the Belt and Road.Kazakhstan is an important bridge between China and the Muslim world.This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of sports exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.It analyzes the current situation of sports exchanges and cooperation between the two countries from four aspects: sports events exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,sports diplomatic activities exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,sports economic and industrial activities exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,and sports cultural activities exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.The problems in Sino-Kazakhstan sports exchange include: lack of long-term exchange and cooperation mechanism;Lack of sports cultural exchange and single form of exchange;Communication channels are limited and underutilized.After that,it analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by China Kazakhstan sports exchanges and cooperation under the "the Belt and Road" initiative,including: continuous progress in policy communication between China and Kazakhstan;The people-to-people connection between China and Kazakhstan has been constantly deepened;The connection of facilities between China and Kazakhstan provides basic guarantee for sports exchanges;China and Kazakhstan are geographically close.The challenges facing the cooperation include: the adverse effects of the propaganda of China’s threat theory;Islamic separatist forces and terrorism;The challenges faced by the communication of various actors.Finally,under the "the Belt and Road" initiative,China and Kazakhstan put forward countermeasures and suggestions for sports exchanges and cooperation,and from the perspective of improving the construction of sports exchanges and cooperation mechanisms,proposed to establish a professional organization for sports exchanges between China and Kazakhstan,formulate a sports exchange mechanism between the two countries from the perspective of laws and regulations,and do a good job in training sports exchange professionals between the two countries.The suggestions for carrying out sports exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various forms include: carrying out the "the Belt and Road" China Kazakhstan Games,actively organizing international events,promoting the previous sports cultural and academic exchanges between the two countries,guiding China Kazakhstan folk sports exchanges,and jointly hosting festivals and sports between the two countries.In terms of multi-channel promotion of sports exchanges and cooperation between the two countries,it is proposed that the sports news media channels of the two countries should strengthen exchanges and cooperation,actively hold sports fairs between the two countries,promote investment exchanges and cooperation in the sports industry of the two countries,establish sports exchanges and cooperation bases between the two countries,and create international sports tourism routes between the two countries.
