| The separation of the evaluation of "teacher teaching" and "student learning" in ideological and political course is a practical problem of overall improvement of ideological and political course teaching effect.On October 13,2020,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the "General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era",which is China’s first document on the systematic reform of educational evaluation.It highlights that educational evaluation should focus on breaking the "five keys",including "improving the outcome evaluation,strengthening the process evaluation,exploring the value-added evaluation,perfecting the comprehensive evaluation,making full use of information technology".Improve the scientific and professional education evaluation,to promote the scientific education evaluation.This points out the development direction for the educational evaluation in the new era,and also provides a scientific basis for the study and exploration of the evaluation of ideological and political courses of college students.Study the content system of the target evaluation,process evaluation,effect evaluation,etc.of college students’ ideological and political course learning evaluation,in order to enhance the scientific and professional nature of college students’ ideological and political course learning evaluation,enrich the theoretical system of college students’ ideological and political course learning evaluation,enhance the sense of gain of college students’ ideological and political courses and improve the effectiveness.After sorting out the basic theories of learning evaluation of ideological and political courses of college students,this study explores the research content and optimization strategies of learning evaluation of ideological and political courses of college students.The full text is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly about the research background and significance of this topic,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part is to systematically expresses the theoretical system,development process and role of the study and evaluation of ideological and political courses of college students.The third part is the content system of learning evaluation of ideological and political courses of college students,which is the core of this paper.It mainly constructs the learning evaluation system of ideological and political courses of college students from four first-level indicators of learning objective evaluation,four first-level indicators of learning process evaluation and three first-level indicators of learning effect evaluation.The fourth part adheres to problem-oriented and goal-oriented,perfecting and enriching the evaluation system of ideological and political courses from three aspects:enhancing the principal position of college students in the evaluation of ideological and political courses and the sense of acquisition of learning ideological and political courses,reflecting the course characteristics in the evaluation system of ideological and political courses,and improving the scientific nature of the evaluation system of ideological and political courses. |
