The evaluation in the mathematics teaching process of junior middle school aims to track record, analysis and evaluation of students’ basic learning processes that contain preview, having classes, assignments, review and examinations. This helps to cultivate students’ learning convention timely and effectively, form good habits of preview, listening and doing homework, then they can get good learning effects. This can also correct students’ learning attitude, cultivate their autonomous learning ability and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching significantly. So the formulation, implementation and supervision of learning convention directly determine the success or failure of the whole process of mathematics learning.There are a lot of research about the evaluation of learning process at home and abroad, which contain the common behavior questionnaire, interview record, case analysis, different kinds of rewards and punishment measure, classroom observation scale, standard tests, experiment report, research paper, investigation report, even the classroom observation software represented by ET Toolbox FIAS 2011 and homogeneous Markov Chain, or evaluating classroom teaching by pure mathematics deductive method. Most of them need to investigate and count many times, which are not only abstract but also can’t show the evaluation results or show unclear results. So it’s not convenient to implement and popularize. SCP evaluation system(Student Center Process evaluation System), successfully developed with the summary about the first-line requirements of practical application, based on the whole learning process, does a real time evaluation, effective supervision and visual analysis for the learning convention. It can fully arouse and stimulate students’ learning competitive enthusiasm and greatly strengthen students’ mathematical learning achievement experience. And it is committed to build rigorous academic attitude, develops students’ good study habits to promote the classroom teaching effectively so that it’s possible for students’ to be the leading part in class.This paper consists of eight chapters, the first chapter elaborates the study of the background, the significance and method of the process evaluation; the second chapter elaborates the research and application status in China the status quo at home and abroad and the process of evaluation tools for the process evaluation; the third chapter elaborates the models design of SCP process evaluation system; the forth chapter elaborates implementation of SCP process evaluation system,the fifth chapter explains the test and operation of SCP evaluation system, the sixth chapter explains the teaching application of SCP evaluation system, the seventh chapter describes the effect analysis of SCP evaluation system,the eighth chapter explains the author summed up some attention to matters of SCP process evaluation system in teaching practice are explained in detail. Aim to construct and students of junior middle school mathematics the demand level and achievement motivation, students from the junior middle school students of mathematics learning process in the routine supervision, the junior middle school mathematics knowledge active learning in junior mathematics consciousness, five aspects comprehensively, find out how to solve the rural junior high school students’ Mathematics Learning objectives are not clear, the sense of responsibility is not strong, lack of viable way of learning achievement-- the conventional teaching evaluation system based on the SCP process, complete the power assisted learning routine supervision. The author found that the enthusiasm of students has been greatly improved after applicated the SCP teaching evaluation system. In the classroom the rhythm of athletic and Q & also easy to control. After class, the homeworks handed in more qualitative leap. The final stage of the examination period, class average score is obviously improved, the standard deviation was significantly reduced than before.
