The development of education in the new era has always adhered to the fundamental task of implementing moral education and cultivating people,and to shape socialist builders and successors with sound personality.On April 21,2022,the ’Compulsory Education Morality and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)’ was officially promulgated,and sound personality literacy was first proposed as one of the core literacy of students in compulsory education.In order to meet the requirements of the development of education in the new era,moral and rule of law courses bear the major mission of cultivating students ’ sound personality literacy.The purpose of this study is to improve the cultivation effect of students ’ sound personality literacy in junior high school moral and rule of law courses.Based on the curriculum standards and teaching materials,this study is closely related to the teaching practice.It mainly adopts the methods of literature research,interview,analysis and induction to study the cultivation of students ’ sound personality literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.This paper analyzes the practical problems and causes of the cultivation of students ’ sound personality literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,and then puts forward the strategies to solve the problems.This study includes the following four parts :The first part : introduction,analysis of the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,innovation and research methods.The second part : This paper expounds the relevant theoretical problems of cultivating students ’ sound personality accomplishment in junior middle school moral and rule of law course.Define the related concepts of healthy personality literacy of junior high school students;to clarify the internal structure and basic characteristics of junior high school students ’ healthy personality literacy;analyze the value of cultivating students ’ sound personality literacy in junior high school morality and rule of law;clarify the theoretical basis of cultivating students ’ sound personality literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The third part : This paper expounds the practical problems and causes of the cultivation of students ’ sound personality in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.Through interviews,it is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of junior high school students ’ sound personality literacy in the current junior high school moral and rule of law teaching,such as unclear teaching objectives,insufficient teaching content organization,insufficient practicality of teaching activities,ineffective implementation of teaching methods,and imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism.After a comprehensive analysis of the above problems,this study analyzes the causes of the problems faced by the cultivation of students ’ sound personality literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school from the three levels of teachers,students and environment.The fourth part : discusses the strategies of cultivating students ’ sound personality literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.It explores from five aspects : formulating teaching objectives for the cultivation of sound personality literacy,enriching teaching content for the cultivation of sound personality literacy,designing teaching activities for the cultivation of sound personality literacy,optimizing teaching methods for the cultivation of sound personality literacy,and strengthening teaching evaluation for the cultivation of sound personality literacy.Part I:This paper delves into the theoretical aspects of fostering sound personality literacy among students in the Junior High School Ethics and Rule of Law curriculum.It defines the relevant concepts pertaining to sound personality literacy for this age group and expounds on the theoretical and practical foundations of the ethics and rule of law course in cultivating students’ sound personality literacy.Additionally,this paper examines the significance of instilling sound personality traits in students within the context of ethics and rule of law education at the junior high school level.
