In the " Teaching and Evaluation Suggestions " section of the " Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards "(2017 Edition 2020 Revision),it is clearly proposed to " design the teaching of activity-based subject courses around the topic " and pointed out that " whether the teaching design can reflect the idea of the implementation of the activity-based subject curriculum,the key is to determine the topic of the activity." It can be seen that the importance of topic design for the effective development of high school ideological and political courses.From the proposal of ’issue-based teaching ’ and ’ issue ’ to the present,many scholars have carried out theoretical research on it and achieved certain results.However,some front-line teachers still have some problems in the specific operation and practice of issue design,which leads to the low quality of the designed issues and the unsatisfactory effect of issue-based teaching.Therefore,this paper focuses on the effective design of high school ideological and political teaching issues,using literature research method,case analysis method,interview method and classroom observation method.Starting from clarifying the concepts and characteristics of issues and teaching issues,this paper clarifies the practical significance of the effective design of teaching issues in high school ideological and political courses,analyzes the existing problems and causes of current issue design,and puts forward specific implementation strategies for high school ideological and political teachers to design issues.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main body of this article includes the following :The first part is the theoretical analysis of the effective design of high school ideological and political classroom teaching issues.First of all,by combing the meaning of the topic,clarify the relationship between the topic and the topic,the theme,and the problem,and define the concept of high school ideological and political teaching topics and their disciplinary,open,leading,speculative and authentic characteristics.Secondly,it discusses the practical significance of effective design of teaching issues for high school ideological and political courses from four perspectives.Finally,combing the theoretical basis for designing effective high school ideological and political classroom teaching issues,including activity teaching theory,recent development zone theory and humanistic learning concept.The second part analyzes the current situation of the design of ideological and political classroom teaching topics in senior high school.By using the research methods of case analysis,interview and classroom observation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the teaching design of 50 high school ideological and political courses,and interviews the teachers of the political group of the school where the author ’s internship is located,summarizes the achievements of the current high school ideological and political course topic design,finds some problems and analyzes the reasons,so as to provide practical basis for the next part to put forward effective measures to design teaching topics.The third part is about the effective design strategy of high school ideological and political classroom teaching issues.The author mainly aims at the problems existing in the current issue design and their causes,combines the teaching characteristics and reality of high school ideological and political courses,integrates the issue design cases,and proposes specific and feasible high school ideological and political classroom teaching issues from the three dimensions of guiding strategy,operational strategy and evaluation strategy.Effective design strategy.
