| Floods accounted for half of the top 10 natural disasters in 2022,causing huge losses to people’s lives and property,with 33.853 million people affected and direct economic losses totaling 128.9 billion yuan,according to data released by the emergency management department.For the special group of children,their body and mind are not mature,lack of comprehensive cognition of things and independent ability to resolve psychological crisis,if not timely psychological reconstruction,it is bound to lead to psychological trauma of children.This psychological trauma is mainly manifested as emotional problems such as fear,depression and anger,behavioral problems such as avoidance,aggression and self-harm,and cognitive problems such as self-blame,inability to establish a trusting relationship and loss of confidence in the future,which will seriously affect children’s physical and mental health development.In view of the above problems,this paper relies on the children’s Service station project of D Village,Zhengzhou City,and focuses on the intervention of group work in the rehabilitation of post-disaster children’s psychological trauma,and conducts a systematic study on the performance and rehabilitation of post-disaster children’s psychological trauma.On the basis of consulting the relevant materials and interviews of the children’s service station project,10 members of the post-disaster children’s psychological trauma rehabilitation team were selected,and eight group activities were carried out according to the needs of the group members with the support of rational emotive therapy theory and cognitive behavioral theory.Through the process evaluation and result evaluation,it is found that group work can effectively play a positive role in the rehabilitation of children’s psychological trauma after disasters,helping group members to improve the emotional,behavioral and cognitive problems caused by psychological trauma,improve the family and social support system,enhance the ability to cope with disasters,and realize social development.In general,the intervention of group work has a good effect on the rehabilitation of children’s psychological trauma after disaster.By reflecting on the theory,method and practice of the intervention of group work,practical experience is provided for the intervention of social work in the rehabilitation of children’s psychological trauma after disaster.In order to further improve the system and effectiveness of post-disaster children’s psychological trauma repair,the study believes that it is necessary to build a long-term service system of psychological trauma repair,improve the degree of specialization of psychological trauma repair,and strengthen the psychological education and construction of post-disaster children,so as to achieve the goal of healthy growth of children. |
