| The environment is the people’s livelihood,the castle peak is beautiful,the blue sky is happiness.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,great importance has been attached to ecological progress,and "beautiful China" has been taken as the grand goal of ecological progress.Environmental protection education is not only an important means of ecological civilization construction but also an important magic weapon to protect people’s livelihood,which has attracted more attention.As the builders and main forces of the future socialist cause,environmental protection education for middle school students is conducive to promoting the construction of"beautiful China",meeting the people’s realistic needs for a better ecological environment,and enhancing the inevitable requirements of people’s well-being.Of yangzhou city,this article mainly several schools as investigation object,through questionnaire,interviews and field observation,it is concluded that environmental education in the teaching of morality and the rule of law made some achievements,but there are different "knowledge" of environmental protection,environmental education teachers competence is not strong,the lack of environmental practices to solve environmental problems existing in the teaching,This study mainly starts from the aspects of teacher training,teaching,students’ habit formation of environmental protection behavior,environmental protection education atmosphere,curriculum resources development,etc.,to promote the effectiveness of junior high school students’ environmental protection education in moral and rule of law teaching.And attaches great importance to the school,the family,the society to help environmental protection teaching,forming the role of multi-subject teaching force,for the "harmonious coexistence of man and nature of the Chinese modernization construction".This paper is divided into five parts:The first part:junior high school moral and rule of law course environmental protection education teaching related theory elaboration.This part is mainly about the theoretical origin,ideological inheritance and cultural foundation of environmental protection education and teaching.This part is the theoretical basis of the article and provides theoretical support for the full text.The second part:the current situation and effect of environmental protection education and teaching in junior high school morality and rule of law.Through the way of questionnaire to explore the middle school students in environmental protection cognition,environmental protection knowledge,environmental protection action,environmental protection concept,environmental protection education teaching status quo,environmental protection education learning status quo,other subjects help environmental protection education status quo.This paper discusses the effect of environmental protection education in moral and rule of law course in middle school.The third part:junior high school moral and rule of law class environmental protection education teaching problems and reasons.Mainly from teachers,students,schools,teaching materials four aspects to elaborate the existing problems.The reasons behind it can be divided into internal and external levels,which can be divided into five aspects:the influence of college entrance pressure,the
