| Relying on the advantages of ecological resources in hilly and mountainous areas,Jurong City,Jiangsu Province,has made great efforts to develop the seasonal fresh fruit industry according to local conditions,which has become one of the leading agricultural industries to promote farmers’ income.However,in the process of industrial development,problems such as unreasonable overall industrial layout and talent shortage crisis have also been exposed.It is urgent to change and innovate the development ideas,put forward corresponding feasible suggestions,constantly inject new impetus into the industrial development,and lay a solid foundation for the prosperity of seasonal fresh fruit industry.Based on the relevant theories of talent support,this paper studies the supply and demand of talent for the development of seasonal fresh fruit industry in Jurong City and the main problems and corresponding suggestionsof talent support by using the methods of investigation,analysis and literature research.The main results are as follows:(1)There is still a lot of room for development and improvement of seasonal fresh fruit industry in Jurong City.The lack of talent supply in seasonal freshfruit industry limits its development to some extent.Although seasonal fresh fruit industry has introduced some talents in recent years,the number of high-level talents is far from meeting the needs of industrial development.(2)The quality of seasonal fresh fruit industry talents in Jurong City is low,which is difficult to meet the requirements of rural industry revitalization.Most of the practical talents in seasonal fresh fruit industry in Jurong City only have high school education or below,and most of them do not have vocational skill certificates.Part of rural practical talents have acquired the skills but they have not received good training,resulting in poor radiation and driving effect.(3)The talent training in seasonal fresh fruit industry is unsatisfactory,the preliminary demand research of relevant training activities is insufficient,and the training content lacks pertinence.There are some problems in the talent construction of seasonal fresh fruit industry,such as failure to attract,failure to go down,failure to cultivate,failure to retain and failure to use,which are not conducive to the high-quality development of seasonal fresh fruit industry.(4)To strengthen the talent support for the development of seasonal fresh fruit industry in JurongCity,it is necessary to optimize the service management of seasonal fresh fruit talent introduction,strengthen industrial talent training,increase policy support,improve the talent incentive mechanism,and strive to meet the needs of seasonal freshfruit industry’s development in terms of quantity,quality and structure. |
