After reform and opening up, sports industry is converted from superstructure to service sector or tertiary industry during the transition from planned economy system to socialist market oriented system. Under the circumstance of current high speed development and the residents' rising salary which increases the demand for sports industry, at the same time, the policy maker also delegate power and support the sports industry through administrative and market means,therefore, the sports industry swiftly reveals its promising economic vitality and market value. Basketball sport, as one major part for sports industry, its marketing industry operation is also ahead of other sports. Recently, basketball sport industry is very close to the top industry which is football.
