| Innovation ability has always been the core driving force for the prosperous development of a country.In the report of the 20 th Party Congress,it is clearly proposed that efforts should be made to create top-notch innovative talents,and the cultivation of innovative talents has also been emphasized many times in various other documents in China,which shows the importance the country attaches to cultivating students’ innovation ability.Education should be in line with the development of the times and make the cultivation of innovative talents an important goal of education and teaching.Project-based teaching has strong practicality and openness,which can give students more room for creativity and is conducive to cultivating students’ innovative and creative abilities.Therefore,this study applies project-based teaching to high school IT courses,designs a project-based teaching process for creativity cultivation,and continuously improves the process in teaching practice to investigate whether the process can effectively improve students’ creativity level.This study investigates how to cultivate students’ creativity through project-based teaching in high school IT teaching through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and action research method.First,the current status of domestic and international research on creativity and project-based teaching is sorted out,the core concepts of this study are defined,and the theoretical basis of this study is elaborated.Secondly,based on the theoretical basis,the teaching design principles are proposed,and a project-based teaching process for high school IT is constructed for creativity cultivation: pre-teaching analysis → project theme determination → project planning →project implementation → project evaluation,in which each stage of the process cultivates students’ creativity from different dimensions and finally achieves the overall improvement of students’ creativity level.Again,students of a senior class were selected as teaching objects,and the constructed teaching process was applied to teaching practice,and problems were found in practice to continuously improve the process.This study used the Williams Creativity Tendency Scale and the Works Evaluation Form to obtain relevant data to test the effectiveness of the application of the project-based teaching process of high school IT for creativity development on students’ creativity development.Finally,the data obtained from the practice were analyzed,and it was found that the post-test data of both the total and sub-dimensions of the Williams Creativity Tendency Scale were higher than the pre-test data,and the students’ scores of their works in the three rounds of action research increased sequentially.The study shows that the high school IT project-based teaching process oriented to creativity cultivation is feasible in high school information courses and that the process has good teaching effects,can effectively improve students’ creativity,and has some inspirational value for IT teachers to cultivate high school students’ creativity. |
