Cultivating students'creativity is the highest goal of quality education. But our high school education pays more attention to teaching of basic knowledge and skills for a long time and ignores cultivating students' practical ability and creativity, which can not meet the needs of the knowledge economy era. So cultivating students' creativity is the primary goal of current education, and information technology teaching with its own advantages play an important part in the cultivation of creative talents. It is lack of systematic theory and instruction of experience on how to cultivate creativity of students. So, based on the research from extensive educationalists, the author does her research to connect creative education with technology teaching, and the theory with practice, has a consideration and research on how to cultivate students'creativity in the teaching of information technology.The research adopted empirical research method such as document, questionnaire, experiment and so on. The paper analyze the characteristics and structure of creativity, puts forward that the creativity is made up of three major systems that were creative power system, creative operating system and creative control system, analyze the characteristics of high school information technology teaching and materials. Then based on the structure of creativity propose teaching strategies of cultivation of creativity that are strengthening creativity motivation, excavating creative potential and harvesting creativity results. And each strategy includes several small strategies. For example, in order to strengthening creativity motivation, fostering the student's problem consciousness, stimulating the students' interest and creating the creative environment can be used. Through strengthening the practical teaching, optimizing the knowledge structure and enhancing the thinking training the potential creativity can be exploited. In addition, we can perfect the creative control system by using the positive evaluation. In order to exploring the teaching effect of creative teaching strategies, the author selected two classes from one high school of Jinhua as the research subjects and performed a three-month-long series of practice research. The experimental class was taught under the guidance of the creative teaching strategies, and the control class was taught in traditional method. The results of the research show that there were obvious differences of learning interest in information technology between the two classes. There was some difference in the level of creativity between two classes by the creative measure. It proved that the creative teaching strategies have a positive effect to cultivate the students' creativity.
