With the rapid development of digital technology and the arrival of the era of intelligence,talent cultivation pays more attention to individual thinking development and autonomy.In the transformation of talent cultivation methods in the field of education,cultivating individual thinking patterns and enhancing development autonomy are important training directions for current educational and teaching practices.The 2016 ’Core Literacy for Chinese Student Development’ pointed out that the ability to learn independently and the awareness of learning enthusiastically are important core competencies for student development.The "Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" proposes specific requirements for the development of students at all stages,emphasizing the cultivation of four core competencies: information awareness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation,and information social responsibility.Growth thinking can promote the cultivation and implementation of the above core qualities.Growth thinking is obtained by American scholar Dweck through a series of studies.It focuses on the cultivation and development of thinking,and emphasizes the cultivation of students’ changeable ideas of intelligence,positive mental attitude,self reflection ability and anti frustration ability against failure.It attaches importance to cultivating the flexibility of students’ thinking,cultivating students to choose goals with a growing mentality,stimulating the internal driving force of students’ development,and providing strong support for the formation of the awareness of learning and being good at learning,the self-examination performance of independent learning,and the development of positive mental attitude,anti frustration ability,self-control and emotion regulation ability contained in the sound personality in the Core Literacy of Chinese Students’ Development.The emphasis of project-based teaching on students’ independent exploration is closely aligned with the process of cultivating growth oriented thinking,including cognition,experience,reflection,and growth.This study focuses on the subject of information technology in junior high school,and designs an information technology project-based teaching process for cultivating growth oriented thinking among junior high school students based on theoretical research.By practicing this teaching process,students’ growth oriented thinking is cultivated,and the cultivation of core literacy is promoted in this process.This is necessary in response to the national call for talent cultivation,core literacy cultivation,and the promotion of education and teaching development.This research adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,action research and observation to explore the cultivation and development of growth thinking in junior high school information technology project teaching.By using literature analysis to understand the current research status at home and abroad,define relevant concepts and determine the theoretical basis,and analyze the feasibility and necessity of implementing the cultivation of growth oriented thinking.This paper interprets the Core Literacy of Chinese Students’ Development and the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),preliminarily designs the information technology project-based teaching process for growth oriented thinking cultivation in junior high school,and conducts teaching practice and research with action research and observation methods.By analyzing the data from the Growth Thinking Scale,Classroom Observation Form,and Student Work Rating Evaluation Form,the implementation effect of the teaching process is tested,and the results obtained from the three rounds of teaching practice are analyzed and summarized.It is confirmed that the "project-based teaching process of junior high school information technology for growth thinking cultivation" has a good promoting effect on improving classroom teaching effectiveness and developing students’ growth thinking,The implementation of this process has positive practical significance for talent cultivation and core literacy development.
