With the deepening of the comprehensive rule of law,the state attaches increasing importance to enhancing the awareness of the rule of law among young people.In the Ideological and political Curriculum Standards of ordinary senior high schools,the consciousness of rule of law,as a necessary character and key ability for senior high school students to adapt to society and lifelong development,has gradually become the focus of academic discussion and research.Strengthening the cultivation of high school students’ consciousness of rule of law plays a very important role in further implementing the core quality of ideological and political discipline,promoting the free and comprehensive development of students,and promoting the construction of a country ruled by law.High school ideological and political class is the main channel to cultivate students’ legal consciousness.However,in the practical teaching of ideological and political class,the cultivation of legal consciousness needs to be strengthened.Therefore,based on the curriculum standards,following the law of physical and mental development of high school students,with the current situation of high school students’ legal consciousness as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the cultivation of legal consciousness of high school ideological and political class,and discusses the strategy to improve the cultivation of legal consciousness of ideological and political class,so as to promote the effectiveness of legal consciousness cultivation of ideological and political class.The framework includes the following four parts:The first part is introduction.On the basis of introducing the research background,this paper explains the research significance of this subject from two aspects of theory and practice.It also summarizes the relevant research achievements and trends of foreign and domestic scholars from far and near,and then sorts out its own research space,research ideas and methods.The second part,theoretical analysis.Based on the interpretation of the relevant concepts such as curriculum standards and legal consciousness,this paper clarifies the normative requirements of curriculum standards on the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness from the four aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,academic quality and implementation suggestions,and clarifies the practical significance of cultivating legal consciousness based on curriculum standards.The third part,problem research.Under the guidance of educational investigation theory,the present situation and practical problems of legal consciousness cultivation by high school ideological and political teachers based on curriculum standards are understood,and the causes are analyzed from various angles.The fourth part,strategy discussion.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,this paper discusses the feasible measures for high school ideological and political teachers to cultivate students’ awareness of rule of law based on curriculum standards,including strengthening teachers’ awareness of curriculum standards,changing teachers’ habit of simply using textbooks to organize teaching,exploring the cultivation path of legal awareness according to the implementation suggestions of curriculum standards,and learning quality standards.Thinking about three main aspects of legal consciousness and quality evaluation.
