| With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society,the cause of higher education ushered in a period of vigorous development.All colleges and universities are constantly exploring new paths of educational reform and development.With the development trend of digitalization,all kinds of school management step by step into the digital era.Educational Administration is the core of the management work in colleges and universities,which actively promote the scientific and standardized management mode,and the means of management also move towards digitalization and automation.Since the 18 th anniversary of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents has been pushed forward.The number of students enrolled in higher education has increased rapidly and the scale of running schools has expanded rapidly.At the same time,the reform of the education system has begun to shift to a liberal education one,the teaching resources and educational administration techniques in universities can not meet the needs of the development of modern universities,and the digitalization of educational administration has become an urgent need of universities.In this paper,we take H Normal School as a case study to study the educational administration in the context of digitalization.First of all,it introduces the background of educational administration transformation and the status quo of research at home and abroad,and expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,we used the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the educational administration staff and students of H Normal School,and summarized the results of the survey.Based on the findings of the survey,the normal school examined the problems of educational administration in the digital context,mainly manifested in the educational administration management system is not perfect,the educational administration management process is not smooth,the educational administration management digital backward,the team management ability is missing.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the existing problems,using the theories of total quality management(TQM)and Mitsutomo's educational theory,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of university educational administration in the digital context,the educational administration of colleges and universities should realize the transformation of educational administration thinking,optimize the process of educational administration management,integrate the platform of educational administration management,strengthen the construction of management team,and promote the transformation of educational administration of colleges and universities to digitalization through the above measures,to promote the quality and efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities,and to promote the development of high quality and the improvement of teaching ability. |
