Framework Analysis Of Fertility Issues In Sina Weibo

Under the background of China falling into the "low fertility trap",this paper uses the framework theory based on the combination of the text data of fertility issues in Sina Weibo to construct a framework for the study of fertility issues,providing valuable views and information for the study of fertility issues,and expanding the research scope of framework theory.This paper uses the crawler technology to capture microblog about fertility in the past two years,and selects research samples based on the number of retweets.This paper processes and analyzes the captured data based on content analysis.On the one hand,it aims to better understand the framework presentation of fertility issues,that is,what characteristics of the internal structure of the text are presented and what types of frameworks exist.On the other hand,based on the realistic background,in order to create a good space for discussion of fertility issues,this paper will analyze the influencing factors of the framework formation.And find out the difficulties in the framework construction of fertility issues,and put forward countermeasures,the purpose is to better construct the fertility issues,guide the public opinion environment,and establish a fertility friendly society.The findings in this paper have the following aspects: First,the current situation of fertility issues presented in Sina Weibo is more complex,and women-related issues are very important.The overall emotional tendency of fertility issues is mainly positive,and there are also certain negative tendencies.Secondly,the framework construction in fertility issues presents a variety of framework categories,using the highest proportion of analytical framework and human touch framework.The overall discourse style is more declarative,and there are also more negative sarcastic and questioning discourse styles.In addition,the text structure integrity in fertility issues is low,and the microblog form tends to combine pictures and texts,and less emojis and rhetorical devices are used.Finally,this paper finds the influencing factors in framework construction.From the macro environment,the release of fertility policies in the political environment affects the setting of fertility issues,the social environment affects the expression form of online discourse,and the cultural environment makes the framework of fertility issues more inclined to express women’s rights and interests.From the perspective of subject identity,different subjects construct different text frameworks according to their self-interest and role functions.The role of the public is that of the subject with reproductive rights,and tends to evaluate the incident from the perspective of individual interests.The media is the one who communicates policies and publishes the news.The government is the guardian of reproductive rights.In addition,the framework of fertility issues still has the following dilemmas: fertility issues are linked to women’s issues,and public opinion is easy to lose focus;Low structural integrity and one-sided expression;The media framework is unbalanced and lacks guidance;The public frame is subjective and the mood is negative.In this regard,women’s rights and interests need to be protected;Improve text structure;The media should optimize the reporting framework and enhance the guiding force;The public should express themselves rationally and enhance media literacy.
