As the main bearer of cultivating technical talents in higher education,higher vocational colleges and universities always take improving students’ employment quality and providing skilled talents for the society as their cultivation goals,and always take how to help students achieve better employment as their responsibility to make continuous efforts.In recent years,higher vocational institutions have gradually attached importance to the role of career guidance work in the process of students’ employment;however,there are still some regrets in the actual implementation.How to continue to optimize the career guidance work on the effectiveness of the existing career guidance in higher vocational institutions is an urgent issue to be considered to promote the career service system of higher vocational institutions and improve the quality of students’ employment.This study uses Bloom’s taxonomy of educational goals as a theoretical basis for discovering career guidance problems in higher education institutions and optimizing career guidance pathways.Firstly,Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives as a whole consists of cognitive domain,affective domain and motor skill domain,and its theoretical goal direction is consistent with the kernel of higher vocational career guidance objectives,the theoretical dimension classification matches with the content requirements of higher vocational career guidance,and the theoretical level stacking process is consistent with the cognitive law of higher vocational students;it provides feasibility for the subsequent research on optimization of higher vocational career guidance based on Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives.Secondly,based on Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives as a perspective,this study conducted a survey on the sample school G College through literature collection method,questionnaire and interview method to understand the reality of career guidance in higher education institutions and analyze the problems.For example,the supply and demand of employment knowledge are unbalanced,the content lacks comprehensiveness and timeliness,and students’ cognitive process of employment knowledge has not reached the level of "creation";the types of employment skills training are single and simple,and students’ mastery of employment skills has not reached the level of "habituation";students’ employment psychology is polarized between optimism and confusion,the guidance of employment values in schools is not effective,and the guidance of employment values and concepts lacks the cultivation of lifelong career development spirit.Thirdly,based on the actual situation and existing problems of employment guidance in G College,combined with the four characteristics of educational goal Bloom’s taxonomy of education,systematization,dynamics and operability,this study summarizes the four attributions of the concept of employment guidance is not profoundly undeveloped;the systematization of employment guidance is not high,the feedback of employment guidance is not dynamic enough;the operability of employment and employment guidance assessment system is not strong.Finally,based on the inner logic of Bloom’s education goal classification theory,this study synthesizes the problems and influencing factors in the career guidance work of G colleges and puts forward four suggestions to deepen the concept of higher vocational career guidance and optimize the employment culture atmosphere;improve the systematic construction of higher vocational career guidance work;enhance the dynamics of feedback work of higher vocational career guidance;and improve the operability of evaluation of higher vocational career guidance,in order to provide some help for the optimization of higher vocational career guidance work.
