Research On The Government Regulation Of Teenagers’ Off Campus Sports Training Institutions

With the increasing emphasis of Chinese residents on education,the number of out of school training institutions for young people in China has grown rapidly.Teenagers’ after-school sports training institutions have also made rapid development under this trend,but these after-school training institutions are mixed.Some training institutions do not meet the requirements for running a school,lack of qualifications for running a school,some training institutions fail to meet the requirements for management,some teachers lack qualification certificates,and some training institutions attract students and parents under the banner of famous teachers.For this reason,our country has strengthened the government regulation of out of school sports training institutions for young people in order to regulate the access qualification of out of school sports training institutions for young people and improve the requirements for teachers.However,the emergence of sports training institutions has emerged with the increase of social demand.The rapid development of out of school training institutions has become a difficult point for government governance,and government regulation is difficult to play effectively.This paper will take the government regulation of out of school sports training institutions for young people as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and so on,taking Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,as an example,to study the government regulation of out of school sports training institutions for young people,understand the current situation of government regulation of out of school sports training institutions for young people in Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province through questionnaires,and analyze the problems and reasons of government regulation,And put forward corresponding suggestions.The research found that Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,through building a regulatory system,strengthening inspection efforts,and defining regulatory responsibilities,regulated the school running qualifications,campus safety,training content,and teacher qualifications of youth after-school training institutions,which led to the increase in the number of sports training institutions,standardized school running behavior,and greatly improved the level of teachers.But at the same time,there are also the following problems:(1)It is difficult to regulate the qualification of institutions,because these enterprises are not registered in the education department,and the education authorities cannot determine which companies are organizing such teaching and training activities,so it is very difficult to regulate.(2)Law enforcement inspection lacks comprehensiveness.The government’s regulation of after-school sports training institutions is still insufficient,especially in the teaching process,advertising,food safety and other aspects.(3)The supervision mode is single.The supervision means are outdated,and the supervision method is also relatively rigid.From the perspective of the government supervision department’s supervision effect on young people’s after-school sports training institutions,it is not ideal.According to the above conclusions,the suggestions are as follows:(1)Strengthen the supervision of teachers’ qualifications,strengthen the standardized management of teachers,improve the standards of teachers in after-school training institutions,and establish an after-school teacher qualification certification system.(2)Improve access permit supervision,define market access standards for training institutions,and improve the joint punishment mechanism for dishonesty(3)achieve all-round and whole process government supervision,carry out normalized joint law enforcement actions,establish a rating system for off campus sports training institutions,and improve the information disclosure mechanism for off campus sports training institutions(4)innovate the government supervision and management methods for off campus sports training institutions,and promote special supervision and management,We will optimize the regular regulatory model.
