Observation ability is a key factor in the professional development of preschool teachers.On the one hand,improving the observation ability of preschool teachers is conducive to promoting the positive development of young children;On the other hand,the improvement of the quality of autonomous games also depends on the strengthening of the observation ability of preschool teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of autonomous games,this study applies observation methods and utilizes the observation scale of "Observation Ability of Preschool Teachers in Autonomous Games" to explore and analyze the observation ability of 40 preschool teachers in S Kindergarten.This not only provides theoretical basis for the cultivation of observation ability of preschool teachers before and after work,but also contributes to the further development of observation work for preschool teachers in autonomous games,with strong theoretical and practical significance.This study examines the observation ability of preschool teachers in autonomous games from five dimensions: grasping age characteristics,possessing observation awareness,clarifying observation purposes,clarifying observation content,and mastering observation methods.By conducting one-way ANOVA and independent sample T-tests on the collected valid data,it was found that the teaching age,education level,age class,and type of autonomous play observed by preschool teachers all have an impact on their observation ability or sub ability(P<0.05).Meanwhile,according to the scores,the average observation ability of preschool teachers in autonomous games is 2.68,and there are also certain differences in scores across various dimensions(clear observation content>clear observation purpose>mastering observation methods>having observation awareness>grasping age characteristics).And based on the research results,this study focused on five issues: the overall observation ability of preschool teachers in autonomous games is above average,the ability of preschool teachers to grasp age characteristics is the weakest,the keen observation ability of preschool teachers is strong,the observation ability of middle class preschool teachers in autonomous games is the strongest,and the type of autonomous games has a significant impact on the observation ability of preschool teachers.Through organizing and analyzing the interview outline,it was found that there are many factors that affect the observation ability of preschool teachers in autonomous games,mainly covering three levels: preschool teachers,kindergartens,and pre service training.These factors include 12 sub factors,including the existing knowledge reserve of preschool teachers,the total number of children in the class,the equipment supply of kindergarten classes,post service training,and the design and practice of pre service courses.In order to effectively promote the observation ability of preschool teachers in autonomous games,this study focuses on the above three levels and points out 9 development paths,including correcting observation attitudes,improving the teacher child ratio in kindergartens,reducing teacher workload,optimizing pre service curriculum settings,and adjusting the pre service internship system.
