The 3-6 years old children's learning and development guide pointed out that observation to understand children is one of the core of preschool teachers' professional accomplishment,observing ability is also a professional ability as the essential qualities of preschool teachers,therefore,improve the observation ability of preschool teachers has been an important part of the study of early childhood education.At present,the level of observation ability of preschool teachers in different development stages is uneven,and the observation ability of mature teachers is generally high.The observation ability of the experiential teachers is good,but some aspects need to be further improved.Novice teacher's observation ability level is still low,there are many problems,the space is still very big.Based on “the improvement of observation ability of preschool teachers in different development stages” as the subject,the integrated use of research methods such as documentary method,investigation method on the basis of research results at home and abroad for reference,by means of LangZhong three public kindergarten teachers' questionnaire investigation,and in-depth interviews with the different stages of development of teachers,learned at different stages of development of preschool teachers' problems of observation ability,analyses the reasons,and puts forward corresponding solutions on the basis of this strategy.The results showed that there were significant differences in the level of observat ion ability of preschool teachers at different stages of development.Novice teachers h ave a certain sense of observation,but the ability to determine the observable weak,p oor ability to grasp and use observation method,screening of valuable information for observation ability is insufficient and the use of theory analysis and evaluation on the child's behavior ability is still very lack;The main problems of the experiential teach ers are the lack of their ability to use observation methods.In the process of observing the children,the mature teachers should choose the observation method and the analy sis and evaluation of the children,and the principles of objectivity and science should be strengthened.On the basis of this,the author further explores the factors that influence the level of observation ability,including two aspects: common factor and difference factor.The common factors are the problems of education and the factors of kindergarten management.Difference factors mainly aimed at the different stages ofdevelopment made a concrete analysis,the major factors affect the ability of the novice teachers to observe is lack of education experience,professional self-development consciousness weak,have less education resources and opportunities for development;The experiential teacher is in the "plateau period" of career development.It is easy to be confused and unable to find the direction to move forward,and is prone to excessively rely on the inherent teaching experience,which affects the objectivity of observation and evaluation.Mature teachers are mainly influenced by educational background and are old in knowledge structure and theory,and are not easy to accept new ideas.On the results of the study,improving the capacity of different stages of develop ment of preschool teachers to observe the common strategy mainly has: pre-service ed ucation aspects observation theory courses,cultivate consciousness of observation,pr actice attaches importance to observation,cultivate observation skills;Kindergarten m anagement and training to reduce class size,reduce work tasks,create a good commu nication atmosphere,carry out effective targeted training.Promote preschool teachers to observe the different developmental stages of the ability of differentiation strategy are: novice teachers should actively study,perfect the knowledge structure system,str engthen the observation practice,pay attention to the observation experience;The exp eriential teacher is strict with himself,stimulates the enthusiasm of learning,strengthe ns the independent study,and try to use a variety of observation methods to overcome the empiricism;The mature teacher replenishes the new knowledge in time,takes the initiative to undertake the scientific research task of the kindergarten,and makes some micro-topics to observe the children.
