According to the standards of kindergarten teachers(Trial version),"Ability first" is positioned as a basic concept that kindergarten teachers need to follow.Observation ability is not only one of the essential professional abilities of preschool teachers,but also an important path for the professional development of teachers.The teacher's teaching efficiency is an important variate to grow the professional abilities of teachers and the development of children's education.Therefore,it is significant to study the correlation between preschool teachers' observation ability of preschool teacher and teaching efficacy,theoretically and practically.In this study,200 preschool teachers in Tianjin were involved in questionnaire activity.On the basis of the statistical analysis of related data and the results of preschool teachers' observation ability and teaching efficacy,the difference display of preschool teachers' observation ability and teaching efficacy in demographic variate was conducted.Furthermore,the correlation analysis between observation ability of preschool teachers and teaching efficacy was carried out,and the research conclusions are read as follows:1.The observation ability of preschool teachers is generally good,and improvements are still needed.2.Gender,age,teaching age,professional title and kindergarten level show significant differences in the overall level of preschool teachers' observation ability.3.Preschool teachers' overall teaching efficacy is good,while personal teaching efficacy is higher than general teaching efficacy.4.Gender,age,teaching age,professional title,kindergarten nature and level show significant differences in the overall level of preschool teachers' teaching efficacy.5.The observation ability of preschool teachers is positively correlated with the overall teaching efficacy,considering all factors.The ability to determine the observation target and to analyze the observation results have a significant and positive impact on the overall teaching efficacy.Through theoretical and practical analysis,researchers discussed the feedback and data of the questionnaire.In addition,based on the predictive effect of preschool teachers' observation ability on teaching efficacy,the researchers put forward corresponding Suggestions on how to improve preschool teachers' observation ability from three aspects: strengthening the pre-service education and training,strengthening the professional construction of preschool teachers,and improving the management mechanism of kindergarten-based training.
