A Study On Social Work Practice To Help The Development Of Tourism In N Village Based On Social Support Theor

The focus of this study is to explore the role of social work in the development of the tour of N village.Taking N Village as the research object,the development status of the development of the tourism industry in N village through field visits and interviews.Investigation research shows that the development level of the tourism industry in N village has low development level,weak infrastructure,lack of rural cultural construction,and low villagers’ participation.After fully understanding the basic situation of village N,the author uses social support theory as the basis.Through group activities,the group members closer the group to build social network relations,and provide villagers with emotional support from the informal social support system and enhance villagers’ sense of recognition of rural culture.From the formal social support system linking the government,enterprises,social organizations and other parties to help the development of tourism in N village,and carry out six groups of groups of villagers and grassroots cadres in N village.Through this service,the development of the tour industry in N Village has a certain ability to make hematopoietic.First of all,through the narration of the villagers and cultural inheritors in the group activities,let the team members recall the rural farming culture.During the exchange process,the culture of rural customs,family ancestral halls and other cultures resonated with villagers.Mourning and joy enables villagers to provide emotional support and stimulate villagers to participate in tourism development interest.Secondly,through linking college resources,design special tourism products outsourced packaging,shoot Pei Ligang cultural tourism promotional videos,link government resources,invite tourist experts to guide,train training,training Improve the level of tourism services in the group,cultivate rural cultural tourism according to local conditions,and create special tourism brands.Finally,the introduction of corporate capital injection,developing characteristic tourism industries,joint tourism associations to carry out art festival activities,providing capital guarantee for the development of tourism in N village,and increasing publicity.Village N is famous for Pei Li Gang culture,but during the development of tourism development,he did not follow the path of personalized and characteristic development,so that the development of the tourism industry stagnated.Developing link resources,I hope to promote the development of tourism by stimulating the vitality of the countryside.It is hoped that this study will provide social work practice experience for rural tourism development.
