Research On Social Work Intervention In Rural Tourism Enterprise Social Support

Developing rural tourism is an important means to achieve the transformation and development of rural industries,as well as an important lever for implementing rural revitalization.However,after a large amount of capital flows into rural areas,there are often phenomena such as "strong in the early stage and weak in the later stage" and "low resilience" of tourism enterprises,making it difficult for rural tourism enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Research has found that rural tourism enterprises invested by foreign capital have poor sustainability in development,and the most important social impact factor that leads to this phenomenon is social support.That is,the lack of social support makes it difficult for rural enterprises to integrate into the countryside,and they are excluded by the surrounding environment,making it difficult to survive in the countryside.This article selects S Town in Liyang City,which is a typical tourism development area,as the research site.There are three types of investment in tourism enterprises:government led investment,local capital investment,and foreign capital investment.The research methods of literature review,interview,and participatory observation were used to conduct in-depth research.Firstly,we will understand the current situation and problems of domestic tourism capital going to rural areas,sort out the actual situation and social support status of three cases,and focus on comparing and analyzing the social support weaknesses and needs of rural enterprises invested by foreign capital.Research has found that there is a problem of insufficient social support in rural enterprises,and it is necessary to integrate internal and external resources,assist in communication and exchange,and improve their social support.Next,in response to the above issues and needs,we will delve into the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention.Finally,with rural enterprises as the service targets,through the reasonable application of community work methods in rural social work,direct intervention and indirect intervention are combined.Directly intervene in the creation of corporate culture,connect social resources inside and outside the enterprise,enhance employees’ sense of belonging and identification through corporate culture construction and activity participation,promote the ability of villagers and employees within the enterprise,promote the enterprise to assume social responsibility,and obtain public support.Indirect involvement in building communication bridges between villages and enterprises,establishing village enterprise coordination meetings,helping to eliminate various conflicts caused by poor communication,increasing interaction and communication between villages and enterprises,creating tourism oriented rural communities,and improving supporting services within the village.In order to improve social support for rural enterprises and achieve sustainable development,this article views enterprises as a special "community" that collaborates with external resident communities to cultivate community awareness.It is not only necessary to establish a good image for enterprises from the perspective of enterprises,help village enterprises communicate and engage in dialogue,and strive for the support of villagers and employees,but also to encourage communities and residents to actively participate in the development of the tourism industry from the perspective of resident communities,Improve the external support environment of the enterprise.
