| Teaching and research culture plays an important role in guiding and leading teaching and research work,which is not only directly related to the teaching quality of a certain subject,but also related to the success or failure of the entire education and teaching reform.It is of great significance for us to clearly understand and grasp the experience and practice of schools in coping with the "Shuang Jian" policy before and after the implementation of the "Shuang Jian" policy.This study selects T Middle School in Chengdu as the research object,collects data through text analysis,observation method,character interview and other methods,and explores the changes and persistence of teaching and research culture of T Middle School under the background of "Shuang Jian" under the qualitative research paradigm.In this study,four cross-sections of T Middle School’s teaching and research archives,collective lesson preparation,lesson case discussion and academic salon were selected to depict the concrete form of teaching and research culture in T Middle School.In the teaching and research archives,the archives of teaching work documents of the Academic Affairs Office,the archives of scientific research documents of the Teacher Development Center,and the activity records released by the We Chat public account platform are mainly used as clues to present the transactional changes under the background of "Shuang Jian" in T Middle School.In terms of group lesson preparation,the teaching and research activities of the language preparation group and the English lesson preparation group are mainly examined by non-participatory observation,interviews,and the speech records of the lesson preparation group.In terms of case studies,the changes and persistence of teachers in lesson study activities are mainly based on the archived documents of the Academic Affairs Office’s lesson study in recent years,supplemented by participatory observation and interviews.In terms of academic salons,the relevant scenarios of T middle school teachers’ participation in academic salons are mainly presented by taking the T middle school teaching seminar month,young teacher training,and project research as clues.Through four cross-sections to extract the changes and persistence of teaching and research culture of T middle school,it is found that the information support of case schools in the context of "Shuang Jian" has changed from scattered to rich;teaching and research support from the main school to internal and external cooperation;the application procedures for research on "Shuang Jian" related topics have changed from cumbersome to simplified;the culture of teaching and research has shifted from a slightly looser atmosphere to more cooperation.At present,it still adheres to the backward incentive system for teaching and research;under the section-level management mode,the teaching and research system that aims to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching has not fully stimulated the vitality of teaching and research;adhering to the teaching and research philosophy of advocating technical teaching and research without paying enough attention to in-depth scientific research;showing a more negative sense of teaching and research;there is always a reflective spirit of technical teaching and research.In view of the problems existing in the teaching and research culture of junior high schools under the background of "Shuang Jian",this paper puts forward the development direction of junior high school teaching and research culture,including: improving the incentive system for teaching and research,enhance the motivation of “Shuang Jian” research;actively carry out school-based teaching and research,closely following the theme of "Shuang Jian";build a pacesetter in teaching and research,and be a leader in "Shuang Jian";form a diversified and participatory teaching and research ecology and consolidate the results of "Shuang Jian";form a variety of mechanisms to attract external support and deepen "Shuang Jian" research. |
