| The promotion of regional adaptability of professional construction in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the development of higher vocational education, and it is an urgent task to build a high-quality vocational education system and realize the modernization of vocational education at the current stage. However,at present, the regional adaptability of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges is uneven, which seriously hinders the high-quality development of higher vocational education. Therefore, this study follows the research ideas and logic of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems to explore the regional adaptation promotion strategy of professional construction in higher vocational colleges. This research takes four different types of manufacturing majors in higher vocational colleges as the research object, collects data through literature analysis, case study, survey and other research methods, and conducts research on the regional adaptability of the construction of manufacturing majors in case colleges from three aspects: specialty setting and positioning, talent training objectives, and curriculum system. The results show that there are still a series of problems in the regional adaptability of professional construction in higher vocational colleges. The main manifestations are: in terms of major setting and positioning, the tendency of major homogenization is serious, which hinders the breadth of students’ post adaptation; The specialty features are not prominent, which limits the height of students’ post adaptation; The low level of professional intelligence development affects the depth of students’ post adaptation. In terms of talent training objectives, the ability of talent post adaptation is not strong, which affects the efficiency of students’ post adaptation; The lack of talents’ complex ability increases the difficulty of students’ post adaptation; The talent innovation ability is weak, resulting in the passive adaptation of students to posts. In the curriculum system, the curriculum content is not perfect, affecting students’ comprehensive adaptation;Disconnection with enterprise post courses leads to slow adaptation of students; The module curriculum system lacks flexibility, which affects the college’s "adaptive" adjustment function. The reason is that, from the perspective of the interior of higher vocational colleges, the regional adaptability of professional construction in higher vocational colleges is closely related to the constructors’ sense of school running orientation, system and mechanism, and the overall ability level. From the external perspective,it is mainly affected by the overall planning of local governments and the cooperation of enterprises.Based on the above exploration and analysis, this study proposes feasible strategies to promote the regional adaptability of professional construction in higher vocational colleges from the college level and the local government level. For higher vocational colleges, first,we should meet the needs of regional talents and strengthen the regional adaptation awareness of professional education.Second, based on the existing institutional environment, improve the guarantee mechanism of professional regional adaptability construction.Third, strengthen the construction of key elements, promote the regional adaptability of higher vocational colleges, strengthen the construction of elements, and promote the comprehensive strength of colleges. For local governments, first, local governments should play the role of supervision and evaluation on the construction of professional regional adaptability;Second, optimize the supply side structure and teaching resources layout of higher vocational education;Third, encourage and support the deep cooperation between regional enterprises and vocational colleges. |
