Since the beginning of the new century,the construction of teachers in China has made remarkable progress.However,with the development of economy and society and the deepening of education reform,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational education has lagged behind,and the professionalism and professional appeal of teachers need to be improved and enhanced.Therefore,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers’ professional standards plays an important role in the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in China.Studying the professional standards of "double-qualified" teachers in equipment manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges is the demand of the country to build and improve the professional standards of teachers,the demand of higher vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents,the demand of the professional development of teachers,and the demand of the development of equipment manufacturing industry for reserve technical and skilled talents.Based on the above requirements,this study takes the "double-qualified" teachers of equipment manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges as the research object,and constructs an analysis framework of three spaces by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,taking the third space epistemology as the theoretical basis.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers,combined with the characteristics of three spaces,this paper analyzes the present situation and development of talent training and teachers’ professional standards at home and abroad from the perspective of the first space,trying to study the professional standards of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges with China characteristics,and vigorously tap the professional potential of "double-qualified" teachers in China,making them the main body of professional innovation and innovation.From the perspective of the second space,combined with the purpose of higher vocational education in China,the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges,the national policy of "double-qualified" teachers and the research conclusions of relevant experts and scholars,it is concluded that the construction of teachers’ professional standards needs to eliminate the binary opposition of simple machinery,realize binary integration in different horizons or discourse systems,and constantly explore new possibilities.The study of the first space and the second space has laid the foundation and basis for the construction of teachers’ professional standards in the third space.From the perspective of the third space,this paper explores the construction of teachers’ professional standards in the equipment manufacturing major in the real world by issuing questionnaires to the "double-qualified" teachers in the national higher vocational colleges.On this basis,this paper puts forward five basic concepts of "double-qualified" teachers’ professional standards,and then constructs an index system of "double-qualified" teachers’ professional standards,including 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators and analyzes the connotation of the indicators.Finally,at the implementation level,it puts forward "three combinations" with the government,colleges and teachers as the main body,pointing out that policy makers,administrators of higher vocational colleges and teachers should cross academic and professional,theory and practice.Realize the complementarity and consistency of the knowledge and practice of the three parties in the construction of professional standards for "double-qualified" teachers,and form a cooperative community to study the construction of professional standards for "double-qualified" teachers.
