In the21st century, if Economic Globalization has become an inevitable trend of world development, then Educational Globalization, which is a new concept has been initially boarded the world stage. Chinese students go abroad and study all over the world, at the same time, China has become a country that attract many overseas students, the opportunity to students from all over the world study under the same roof and have cross-cultural mixed class teaching has become a common phenomenon. Cross-cultural mixed teaching courses from different countries make different cultures collide, the collision is likely to play an active role, but also possible for students to produce culture shock. If you want to improve the performance of students in learning, intercultural teaching methods is particularly necessary.To solve this problem, this thesis has been engaged in cross-cultural teaching and mixed classes where students experience cross-cultural teaching in-depth interviews, through inductive analysis, summing up the students’cultural intelligence can improve several teaching methods, these teaching methods and means of cross-cultural enterprise culture nurtures intellectual similarities. Then collect data through questionnaires on various teaching methods and students’ cultural intelligence level of the relationship, the relationship between students’level of cultural intelligence and learning performance regression analysis proved a positive correlation between the two.In this paper, cross-cultural education explores what factors and measures to promote the teaching of different cultural backgrounds of students enjoy learning and culture collide in teamwork through the research, the realization of cultural collaboration in order to foster, develop students’ cultural intelligence, improve learning performance. This topic will be education, management, cultural sociology, intercultural education, multicultural teamwork, research and cross-cultural adaptation and cultural intelligence and other areas combine to complement the cross-cultural adaptation research study on how to improve levels of adaptation lack of cross-cultural education to promote research and practice for intercultural education provides a clear educational objectives and evaluation criteria, not only have important theoretical value of education and research, but also for improving the students’ cultural and cross-cultural adaptation intellectual level, to promote Our international education has an important guiding significance to develop in depth.
