Research On The Value Judgment And Development Path Of Sports Industry Base In Shandong Province

China’s China’s sports industry is in a period of rapid growth,the proportion of sports industry in the national economy continues to rise,and it will become the pillar industry of national economy in 2035.The sports industry base plays an exemplary role in promoting the development of sports industry and in the development of regional sports industry in China.Chinese governments at all levels also attach great importance to the construction of sports industry bases,and have begun to build provincial sports industry bases.In 2010,Leling City became the first national sports industry base in Shandong Province,and Shandong Province began to establish a provincial sports industry base in 2014.By the beginning of 2020,Shandong Province has 92 national and provincial sports industry bases,covering sports product R & D and manufacturing,sports competition performance,fitness and leisure and other fields.The construction of sports industry base in Shandong Province started late,and there are still many problems in its development.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy development of sports industry base in Shandong Province,it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research.Based on the theory of industrial cluster and growth pole,this paper comprehensively reviews the development process of sports industry base in Shandong Province by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,taking the sports industry base of Shandong Province as the research object and the formation motivation of sports industry base in Shandong Province as the starting point In order to promote the local economic development and promote the development of sports industry,this paper objectively analyzes the problems and causes in the construction of sports industry base in Shandong Province,so as to promote the healthy development of sports industry base.This paper runs through the main line of "motivation-process-function-problem-path" of base construction,and takes promoting the construction of sports industry base as the research goal.The conclusions are as follows(1)Shandong Province has experienced three stages of development: the initial stage and the exploration stage.The motivation of the formation of sports industry base in Shandong Province is reflected in five aspects: the promotion of the government,the promotion of advantageous resources,the boosting role of characteristic industries,the guiding role of sports events,and the leading role of leading enterprises.(2)The value of sports industry base in Shandong Province is summarized systematically.The value of sports industry base in Shandong Province can promote economic development,speed up industrial agglomeration,reduce enterprise cost,enhance brand influence,promote technological innovation and attract social capital.(3)The problems of sports industry base in Shandong Province are as follows:the layout of the base needs to be optimized,the development of service industry is insufficient,the base pays more attention to declaration than construction,the policy system is not perfect,the brand construction is lack,the scientific and technological innovation needs to be strengthened,and the sports talents are short.(4)The path choice of the construction of sports industry base in Shandong Province is as follows: overall planning and reasonable layout;optimizing industrial structure and promoting industrial integration;strengthening supervision and management,improving evaluation and assessment;improving policy system and management system;establishing brand awareness and exerting brand effect;paying attention to innovation mechanism construction and promoting technological innovation;strengthening intellectual support and paying attention to talent cultivation and introduction In.
