Research On Delimma Of Campus Soccer Institutional Arrangement And Management

In the background of "sunshine sports" and public sports, the Ministry of Education and the National General Administration of Sport jointly proposed to carry out the "campus football" in 2009. Football has an extensive foundation in the youth groups, and a large number of students are quite fond of football. Therefore the "campus football" in the whole country has been widely carried out, and has been developing well. Meanwhile, there are various problems still existing in the whole system and the mode of management.With the method of literature analysis, case analysis, logical analysis, this paper studies on the system of arrangement and the mode of management on "campus football" and the difficulties encountered in the development of "campus football". By defining the concept of campus football and analysing the background and the status of the developing "campus football", this paper systematically and deeply studies on the"campus football". Via the research on four levels of the campus Football League, this study also discusses the future development mode of the "campus football", and analyses the stucture of campus football system from the view of national policies. For the campus football management dilemma draws the following conclusion:(1) Government support is not enough. Especially when the local government to implement the campus football activities not well implement the state to the requirement of the campus football activities.(2) competitive training system in the campus football activities of the imperfect. The campus football activities is an important part in the establishment of the fourth division, but in many city four league system still exist the deficiencies of the structure, not well to achieve overall effective to carry out the campus football.(3) the campus football activities in the lack of fund, the hardware facilities. Football to need to rely on site, the support of funds, manpower, etc, in many cities, do not have these conditions.(4) in the campus football activities facing the imbalance of regional development. From regional point of view, in the eastern part of the campus football activities carried out much better than the west.In the end, this paper has carries on the summary by combining the system of the campus football and difficulties in management, and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasure.Through the analysis of the "campus football", this paper can offer valuable opinions and suggestions for the development of the "campus football". As a football fan, the author hopes this paper can facilitate the development of the football training system of reserve talents in China.
