According to the latest survey data from the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council,at present,poverty caused by illness is the primary factor for poor rural households,so this study focuses on poor rural households caused by illness.Because of illness and economic pressure,the mental level of poor households is prone to anxiety,depression and even suicide.Because of their professional characteristics and practical experience in the field of mental poverty alleviation,social workers have their unique advantages in the intervention treatment of depression in poor households.Therefore,according to the causes and current situation of depression symptoms of poor households,this study first looks for suitable intervention methods,and carries out a systematic evaluation;secondly,this method is used to implement intervention,evaluate the effect of intervention,and discuss the results of the study.Around this goal,the following two studies were carried out:The first part is a comprehensive review of the intervention methods currently used in the treatment of depression,and a systematic evaluation was included in three randomized controlled trials,a total of 174 subjects.The results show that compared with the blank group,attribution therapy has a positive significance in reducing the degree of depression.The specific performance was that the difference of the scores of depression symptoms between the attribution therapy and the blank group was statistically significant,SMD=-5.42,95%CI(-6.58,-4.26),P<0.00001.In the second study,based on the attribution theory of depression,8 disabled and poor people in Dantu District were selected as the research objects,and the links and details of attribution training were determined independently.After 8 group attribution training interventions,SDS scale and attribution style questionnaire were used to measure before and after the intervention.The results showed that the pre-test score of SDS depression was60.7500 ± 7.99553,the post test score was 52.5000 ± 7.27029,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.04867),the pre-test score of attribution style questionnaire was 135.5000 ±18.70065,the post test score was 100.5000 ± 13.71131,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.000779).The results show that attributional therapy can effectively improve the depression symptoms of rural poor households,can really improve the quality of life of poor households,and effectively promote the cause of poverty alleviation to victory in China.
