| In the context of the "double reduction" policy,the problem of students’ homework in the compulsory Educational stage stage has again aroused widespread concern,because students’ homework has always been an important part of reducing the burden of schoolwork.Through scientific and reasonable homework,mathematics teachers can better understand students’ attitudes and learning situations,and also help students master knowledge and skills,promoting their comprehensive development.Teachers should assign homework reasonably according to the characteristics of different grades and disciplines,so that students can truly reduce burden and increase efficiency,and improve teaching quality.However,in primary school,the irrationality of math homework still exists,so it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the challenge of homework burden.Through research,it has been found that many rural primary schools in China have varying degrees of problems such as unscientific layout and lack of motivation,which affect the physical and mental health development of primary school students.Therefore,in the context of "double reduction",this article conducted in-depth investigation and analysis on the design and management of primary school mathematics homework in J district of Ningxia,aiming to provide a more comprehensive path for optimizing primary school mathematics homework.Homework management is an organic whole that encompasses the planning,allocation,content,evaluation of homework objectives,as well as the collaborative management of various participants,forming an organic whole.Among them,the "double reduction" policy has had a certain impact on primary school mathematics teaching,and families play an important role in this process.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2164 students in grades 3,4,5,and 6 of 14 urban primary schools in J district of Ningxia,and in-depth communication was conducted with 10 teachers and 10 parents.On this basis,it analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the Kwalliso of primary school mathematics homework in rural areas,including the backward concept of parents and the lack of scientificity of teachers’ homework assignment.In the context of "double reduction",we will delve into the current situation,existing problems,and root causes of homework management in primary school mathematics.At the same time,analyze the reasons for the above phenomena from three levels:family,school,and society.After conducting a systematic analysis of these current situations,we found that there is a main problem in the current management of mathematics homework,which is the lack of clarity in the purpose management of primary school students’ homework,and their management awareness is relatively weak;The imbalance in task allocation and severe disciplinary deviation lead to unreasonable allocation and management of homework time,resulting in time failure;The homework assigned by teachers lacks personalized customization,and the types of homework involved are relatively single;In the evaluation of homework,the supervisory function plays a dominant role,while insufficient attention is paid to the cultivation of students’ abilities;In terms of feedback,validation feedback dominates,but there is a lack of mechanisms to provide students with retraining opportunities.In the context of "double reduction",the author proposes an optimization strategy to address the main issues mentioned above,which starts from multiple levels such as schools,teachers,students,and parents,and improves them in both external and internal ways.This strategy is based on research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews;Internally,we will start with communication between home and school,goal setting,and feedback mechanisms.From multiple perspectives of homework design and implementation,in-depth discussions have been conducted internally.Among them,in the selection of methods and means,it is necessary to strengthen the importance of the home visit system and establish a scientific and efficient evaluation mechanism.In terms of Management by objectives,strengthen the cultivation of effective cognition,clarify the positive role of homework in the comprehensive development of students,and coordinate the management strategies of teachers and parents to achieve better results.Specifically,by planning the homework system reasonably,establishing a comprehensive homework evaluation mechanism,and strengthening home school cooperation,we can ensure the effectiveness of homework.In terms of homework allocation and management,it is necessary to determine the optimal homework duration range,coordinate the frequency of homework assignments for various subjects in the family,and guide students to manage homework time independently.In process management,build a "three-step" Management by objectives system to achieve home school cooperation and promote the orderly development of school education and teaching.In terms of content management,strengthen students’ ability to independently design,adopt a hierarchical setting approach,and provide diverse types.In process management,pay attention to homework completion and learning outcomes,and focus on cultivating good learning habits.In order to optimize the grading method,we need to adopt multiple evaluation methods,with motivational evaluation as the main focus,to improve the timeliness and quality of teacher feedback.In addition,we can cleverly utilize online platforms to optimize homework evaluations.At the same time,a scientific and efficient incentive mechanism should be established to provide motivation support for reducing students’ excessive burden.Finally,this study advocates the establishment of a work philosophy centered on "reducing burden";Bringing forth new ideas and expanding the diversity of homework design;Establish a diversified homework evaluation system to promote students’ comprehensive development.Establish a sound incentive and training mechanism to improve the quality of homework design;Improve homework evaluation methods and promote the improvement of students’ learning efficiency.In the process of strengthening communication in homework design,teachers from various disciplines have formed a consensus to improve teaching quality by reducing the burden on students;In order to improve homework efficiency,we need to further deepen the homework evaluation structure.Ultimately,to establish the effectiveness of urban primary school mathematics homework management,it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of school administrators,teachers,students,parents,or guardians in educating individuals. |
