| As an extension and supplement to classroom teaching,the importance of homework to improve the quality of teaching is self-evident.In July 2021,the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage" was issued,which put forward new requirements for homework,school administrators and front-line teachers realized that homework should be reduced "quantity",but not "quality",and "quality" should be improved,but there are still serious problems in primary school homework management,and the reason is that excessive and low-quality homework is the key to the "double reduction" can not really land.Therefore,exploring effective homework management strategies is crucial to improving the quality of primary school teaching.Homework is an important supplement to classroom teaching,helping students consolidate and apply the knowledge learned in class;After-class assignments are feedback on the learning outcomes of the classroom and help to make adjustments and improvements to instruction.Therefore,from the perspective of student learning and teachers and teaching,it is necessary to explore practical and effective homework management strategies.This study focuses on W Primary School in Weifang City,Shandong Province,and investigates and analyzes homework-related problems from the four levels of school,teacher,student and parent,and analyzes the problems existing in homework management in actual teaching.At present,in primary schools,the school-level homework management system and mechanism are not sound enough,teachers’ homework management ability is insufficient,homework design cannot be carried out according to the academic situation,the arrangement lacks hierarchy and selectivity,the feedback results of homework cannot well guide the improvement of teaching,students cannot choose homework suitable for themselves according to their own interests,self-management ability is weak,parental supervision and support are not enough,etc.,resulting in homework can not play its due role.After investigation and analysis,the reasons for these problems are: first,the lack of effective homework management system and support system,second,the lack of homework management subjects and unclear responsibility attribution,third,the lack of professionalism of teachers’ homework management,fourth,students’ initiative and innovation in self-management of homework are not strong,and fifth,parents’ supervision and management of homework lack of effective communication.Based on the existing problems in homework management,the author summarizes the reasons and explores the feasible countermeasures of homework management based on the practice of the school.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly expounding the background and significance of research,domestic and foreign research reviews,research ideas and methods,and defining the main concepts.The second part analyzes the current situation of homework management in W Primary School in Weifang under the background of "double reduction",mainly from the four levels of school management,teachers,students and parents,respectively to understand the current situation of homework management in schools,the current situation of teachers’ self-management in homework design,arrangement,feedback and evaluation,as well as the current situation of students’ self-management of homework and parents’ supervision and management.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of operation management of W Primary School in Weifang City under the background of "double reduction".It mainly starts from the effective exploration of operation management in W Primary School,and the analysis of the current problems and causes.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of primary school homework management under the background of "double reduction",and the author puts forward relevant countermeasures from several aspects,such as strengthening the systematic construction of homework management,clarifying the specific content and process of homework management,clarifying the main body and responsibilities of homework management,and innovating the mode and method of homework management.Chapter 5 is summary and outlook. |
