| For a long time,the schoolwork burden of primary school students has been heavy.In line with the principle of reducing the burden on students,the "double reduction" policy has been gradually implemented in various places,and it has put forward relevant requirements for the length of homework,content,design and evaluation.The fourth grade of primary school,as the starting grade of the senior grade,has the particularity of connecting the preceding and the following.The fourth grade has passed the period of laying the foundation.And at the same time,the students have also established strong autonomy in learning.Their homework management needs to be more professional and targeted.The traditional overall planning of homework can no longer meet the requirements of quality education and comprehensive development.Therefore,this study is based on the "double reduction" policy to carry out homework management research in the fourth grade of primary school.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 611 fourth grade primary school students,and conducted relevant interviews with the subject of homework management,so as to understand the real situation of homework management in the fourth grade of primary school under the "double reduction" policy from the perspective of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,and used SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,From the data and interviews,it is analyzed that there are some problems in the operation management of the fourth grade of primary school under the "double reduction" policy,such as less school management measures,outdated teacher management model,insufficient parents’ management ability,and improper students’ operation attitude.This study,based on the research and investigation of the literature,makes an attribution analysis of these problems,and based on the requirements of the "double reduction" policy and relevant literature,puts forward corresponding countermeasures in a targeted way: the school should establish a highquality resource sharing platform,promote the communication between teachers,and improve the effectiveness of supervision;Teachers should improve their management ability,be good at using and playing the role of after-school services;Parents have a deep understanding of the Family Education Promotion Law and have effective communication and cooperation with teachers;Students should stimulate learning motivation,cultivate the ability of independent learning,and reasonably allocate the time after class.From the perspective of multi-party cooperation,this study aims to reduce the burden on students and improve learning efficiency,promote overall development and overall optimization. |
