Research On The Cultivation Of National Unity And Progress Education Awareness Of College Students Through The Ideological And Political Teaching Design Of National Fitness Exercise

The State General Administration of Sports and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening Traditional Sports Work for Ethnic Minorities",which clearly states that traditional sports of ethnic minorities are excellent carriers for inheriting excellent traditional culture and are popular sports activities of all ethnic groups,and promoting the development of ethnic minority sports activities is of great significance to strengthening the people’s physical quality,enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the masses,and promoting unity and fraternity among the masses of all ethnic groups.As a traditional sports project of ethnic minorities containing multi-ethnic cultural elements,ethnic fitness operation has the important value of strengthening exchanges,exchanges and blending among various ethnic groups,deepening education on national unity and progress,and forging a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.In the process of teaching in colleges and universities,the value of ideological and political education itself has not been discovered,which is a deficiency to the development of ethnic gymnastics projects and the value of ideological and political education.Therefore,under the background of curriculum ideology and politics,this study takes ethnic gymnastics as the starting point,adopts the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method for research and analysis,designs a ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program with the goal of promoting the national unity and progress education of college students,takes the awareness of national unity and progress education as the ideological and political education index to conduct experiments and measurements,and verifies the influence of the designed ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program and the conventional ethnic gymnastics teaching program on the national unity and progress education awareness of college students.In this study,classes 1 and 2 of the 2022 elective classes of the National Aerobics Public Physical Education Course of Minzu University of China were used as experimental subjects,and 1 experimental class and 2 classes were used as control classes,all of which were freshman classes.The experimental class adopts the ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program to carry out teaching,and the control class adopts the traditional teaching program of ethnic gymnastics.After the experiment,the two groups of students tested the cognitive dimension of ethnic gymnastics to promote college students’national unity and progress education,the dimension of ethnic gymnastics promoting college students’ national unity and progress education,and the dimension of ethnic gymnastics to promote college students’ national unity and progress education behavior,and through the collation and statistical analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions and suggestions were obtained:Conclusion:1.In terms of the cognitive dimension of ethnic gymnastics and national unity and progress education,the ideological and political teaching scheme of ethnic gymnastics adopted by the experimental group has a significant impact on promoting the cognition of college students’ national unity and progress education,and the cognitive dimension of students in the experimental class has a significant difference compared with the cognitive dimension of the control class.Second,in terms of the dimension of the effect of ethnic gymnastics in promoting the national unity and progress of college students,the ideological and political teaching scheme of ethnic gymnastics adopted by the experimental group has a significant impact on the effect dimension of promoting the national unity and progress of college students,and the effect dimension of students in the experimental class has a significant difference compared with the effect dimension of the control class.Third,in terms of the educational behavior dimension of ethnic gymnastics to promote the national unity and progress of college students,the ideological and political teaching scheme of ethnic gymnastics adopted by the experimental group has a significant impact on the educational behavior dimension of promoting the national unity and progress of college students,and the behavioral dimension of students in the experimental class is significantly different from that of the control class.Fourth,the ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program is effective in promoting the awareness of college students’ national unity and progress education,the experimental group used the ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program to have a significant impact,and the control group adopted the ethnic gymnastics traditional teaching program did not have a significant impact,so the teaching effect of the ethnic gymnastics ideological and political teaching program on promoting the national unity and progress education of college students was better than that of the ethnic gymnastics traditional teaching program.Suggestion:1.As a traditional sports project of ethnic minorities,it is recommended to promote ethnic gymnastics in colleges and universities nationwide,strengthen the training of teachers of ethnic gymnastics,and promote ideological and political teaching programs for ethnic gymnastics.It not only meets the requirements of ideological and political development of the curriculum under the leadership of the Party in the new era,but also helps to deepen the education of national unity and progress,and forge a firm sense of the Chinese national community.2.it is recommended to strengthen the development and utilization of ideological and political curriculum resources for ethnic minority traditional sports projects,ethnic gymnastics is a relatively successful model of the use of ideological and political resources in physical education courses,and other ethnic minority traditional sports projects should be continuously explored and carried out to create a model of ethnic minority traditional sports courses.3.Deepen and promote the comprehensive development of ideological and political education courses in colleges and universities,adhere to the correct political direction,promote the combination of physical practice and ideological and political education in physical education courses,improve the mechanism for promoting education in colleges and universities-society,and deepen the practice of national unity and progress education.4.Deeply explore the educational value of national unity and progress contained in ethnic gymnastics and other sports,use ideological and political teaching design,create diversified ideological and political courses,and promote the multi-faceted implementation of national unity and progress education practice.
