The enrollment plan for ordinary high schools in Hohhot City is divided into "unified enrollment","separate enrollment",and "specialty students" plans.Vocal music majors are an important component of the enrollment plan for "specialty students" in ordinary high schools.Ordinary high schools are an important carrier for the cultivation of vocal music majors,and neither the selection of vocal music majors nor the cultivation of vocal music majors can be ignored.After years of teaching research and discovery,the author,as a front-line teacher in Hohhot ordinary high schools,has found that there are still many shortcomings in the current situation of cultivating vocal music majors in Hohhot ordinary high schools,such as: recruitment and selection,examination and admission methods,establishment and implementation of school training programs,weak professionalism of teachers,and job burnout.In order to better conduct the education and teaching of vocal music majors and improve the quality of vocal music majors’ cultivation,the author conducted a survey and research on vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot.This article takes vocal music specialty students in Hohhot City as the research object,based on literature research,through field visits to ordinary high schools in the urban area of Hohhot City,and interviews with front-line teachers and students to investigate the current situation of vocal music specialty students cultivation in ordinary high schools in Hohhot City,and discovers,sorts out,and summarizes the existing problems in the current situation of vocal music specialty students cultivation in ordinary high schools in the urban area of Hohhot City,According to the existing problems in the cultivation of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot,through investigation,the author proposes solutions and strategies.Based on a survey of the current situation of the cultivation of vocal music specialty students in ordinary high schools in the urban area of Hohhot,we will focus on the cultivation methods of vocal music specialty students in Hohhot No.2 Middle School.Through case study,we have designed and effectively implemented the "Training Plan for Vocal Music Specialty Students in Hohhot No.2 Middle School".After three years of exploration,we have obtained research results,It provides a reference basis for the training of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot urban area.This article consists of the following:The introduction describes the research from the perspectives of research background,research object and purpose,research significance,research status,and research methods.Chapter 1,from the perspective of talent selection for vocal music majors,summarizes and summarizes relevant data such as the enrollment number of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot City,the enrollment number of vocal music majors over the years,and conducts a survey of the current situation of the enrollment examination by analyzing the enrollment documents of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools from the Hohhot City Education Bureau.It also conducts a correlation analysis from three dimensions: enrollment summary,enrollment examination form,enrollment method,and results,Summarize the composition of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot.In the second chapter,from the perspective of the current situation of cultivating vocal music majors,a survey was conducted on 86 vocal music majors in Hohhot through a questionnaire.This chapter describes the implementation plan of the questionnaire survey,detailing the research process from the dimensions of questionnaire design,questionnaire testing and revision,sample distribution and recovery,and reliability and validity analysis.Through the questionnaire results,it analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of vocal music majors in ordinary high schools in Hohhot.The third chapter explains the problems existing in the cultivation of vocal music specialty students in ordinary high schools in Hohhot from two aspects of cultivation resources and cultivation content.The cultivation resources are mainly reflected in the lack of basic equipment in schools,improper management methods,weak professionalism of vocal music teachers,and job burnout of teachers;The training content is mainly reflected in the inconsistent recruitment and examination standards for specialty students,imperfect training program settings,unreasonable curriculum settings,weak foundation of vocal music specialty students’ cultural courses,unclear career planning,and weak learning motivation of students,and proposes solutions to the above problems.In Chapter 4,based on my own practical education and teaching work,and on the basis of the previous article,I conducted a practical study on the cultivation of vocal music majors in Hohhot No.2 Middle School as a case study,exploring the "Training Plan for Vocal Music Specialists in Hohhot No.2 Middle School",which focuses on the setting of training objectives The development of teaching plans and the design of teaching plans and teaching schedules for various professional courses(vocal music,piano,basic music theory,solfeggio,body shape and dance)are carried out.Through the research method of synchronous exploration and practice,the training plan is continuously adjusted and optimized.The conclusion part shows the research results of the training program.In the research and application of the "Training Plan for Vocal Music Specialty Students in the Second High School of Hohhot City",special attention is paid to the combination of theory and practice,further optimizing the teaching methods of vocal music specialty students,proposing innovative educational concepts,and providing a solid theoretical and practical reference for the training and teaching of vocal music specialty students in ordinary high schools.
